This study aims to determine the effect of work rotation on employee performance RSUD Ciawi. The method used is the method of associative research, data collection in the form of observation, interview, and questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is Probability Sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The correlation used in this study is Rank Spearman correlation, with the number of samples of 55 (fifty five) people. The results showed that the correlation between work rotation variables and employee performance variable was 0.490 in medium relations category, and significant. Significant means the correlation is significant at the level / level of 1%. In this study work rotation affect performance as much as 24.01%. Suggestions in this study that need to be improved again on the dimension of experience, rotation should be done based on the length of time and work experience, because the experience of employees will affect with the work of employees. Leadership is the most important factor in the management of groups and organizations, so that appropriate leadership is needed in achieving organizational goals. The Sundanese Indigenous Peoples (Kasepuhan) are unique communities to be investigated because the indigenous leaders in their leadership have success in managing their local food so that they rarely experience food shortages. One contributing factor is informal leadership based on community participation carried out by indigenous leaders. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the informal leadership of indigenous leaders based on community participation in maintaining local food security using descriptive analysis methods. Data were collected using literature study and observation techniques by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews, then the data were analyzed using analysis techniques Weight Mean Score (WMS). The results showed that the informal leadership of indigenous leaders based on community participation had a value of 3.22 on a scale of 4. this value is interpreted well. Based on observations and interviews with indigenous Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi Chiefs, two-way communication in conducting deliberations on each issue, because these indigenous communities focus on the culture of planting Sawah and Huma only once a year and starting from planting to harvest are carried out simultaneously, so that what is unique’s the indigenous head as the authority in making decisions when to plant to harvest, its members have high obedience, members Kasepuhan do not dare to plant first if the indigenous head has not started planting. This participation’s the strength of indigenous peoples so that they can maintain local food security in the region until now.
This research is focused on the impact of employee’s performace against the training administration held by The Management and Leadership Training Center for Agriculture (PPMKP) Ciawi, Bogor, because based on the observation on the field, employee’s performance and training implementation are not yet optimized. The purposes of this study are: (1) To know the employees of PPMKP’s performance, (2) To know how the PPMKP administered the training, (3) To assess if there is any impact on employee’s performance against the training held by PPMKP. The type of research used is quantitative research with associative and descriptive methods. Purposive Sampling is the technique used involving 68 PPMKP employees as sample. The data gathering used was the study of literature and the study of field. To find out the employee’s performances and training administration, analyses descriptive is applied with the result of 4,37 for performance which is in very good category with the lowest value is derived from the indicator expertise in completing the task. Whereas administration of training’s result score of 4,39 which is in very good categoty with the lowest score is derived from the curriculum indicator. To determine the impact on the employee’s performance of training administration the spearman rank correlation is used, with a correlation coefficient of 0,037 and a significance value of 0,766 with positive direction and not significant, meaning thet there is a very low impact on the performance by having training. The conclusion of the research shows that, (1) employee’s performance has been very good with the lowest score is in in the indicator of realibility in completing task, (2) training administration has been very good with the lowest score is in the indicator of curriculum, also (3) there is very low impact on employee’s performance against the trining administration. The possible suggestions made are: first, the expertise of emloyees in completing the task enhanced by giving trainings and study permits for their employees; second, curriculum plan is expected to be more adjustable with the participants by learning more on the participants background; third, research is carried out on other factors that influence the training administration, in order to see the effect on the level of training. The purpose of this study is; 1) To determine the performance of the implementation of the e-ID card recording program in the Village of Margajaya District of West Bogor; 2) To determine the supervision by the headman of the village staff performance the Village of Margajaya District of West Bogor; 3) To determine the effect on the performance of staff supervision headman in e-KTP Recording Program in the Village of Margajaya District of West Bogor.The method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis, which is the method of analysis is descriptive research that aims to explain certain social phenomena. The population in this study were all employees of the Village Margajaya District of West Bogor as many as 15 people. In this study, the sampling technique used was simple random technique. The number of samples in this study amounted to 14 employees at the Village Margajaya District of West Bogor. Analysis of the data against two variables in this study is the Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.The results showed that the analysis of surveillance headman, obtained an average value of 3.86 which, according to the criteria of interpretation of the figures were high criteria. While the analysis of the performance of pegwai, obtained an average value of 3.92 which, according to the criteria of interpretation of the figures were high criteria. There headman influence on the performance of staff supervision in the management of e-ID card recording programs in Sub Margajaya District of West Bogor based on the analysis turned out to be very significant where the result is greater than tcount > ttable (5.599 > 2.178). This study entitled Influence of Organizational Communication Against Employee Performance Administrative Assistant for Economic and Development Secretariat of Bandung. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of organizational communication to employee performance, develop theories and concepts of organizational communication along its aspects and performance of employees and implement organizational communication theory to solve the problem of employee performance and development Economic Administrative Assistant Regional Secretariat of Bandung. The method used in this research is survey explanatory. The independent variables (X) This research is organizational communication, while the dependent variable (Y) is employee performance. The object of research on Economic Affairs and Development Administrative Assistant Regional Secretariat of Bandung. The results of the research simultaneously reveals that the variables of organizational communication empirically has an impact of 58.6% on the performance of employees consisting of a dimensional quantity of work (Y1), quality of work (Y2), job knowledge (Y3), creativeness (Y4), cooperation (Y5) dependability (Y6), initiative (Y7) and personal quantity (Y8), while the rest is equal to 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Organizational communication through the main form of partial, communication down effect amounted to 49.2%, or more influential communication sebesar7.6%, and horizontal communication impact of 1.72% on employee performance and development Economic Administrative Assistant Regional Secretariat of Bandung.
