This research conducted in one construction company in Indonesia, the company was facing several problems, many projects that already ended have delays. Overdue payment one of the projects can reach Rp 252.544.148.-. For calculating late payment that the company can save researcher using Critical Path Method (CPM)-Crashing. CPM-Crashing method can accelerate project duration by increase resource budget, so company doesn’t need to pay overdue payment. The result of CPM-Crashing is company can save Rp. 227.584.147.-late payment. To anticipate project delay proper planning is required. One of project planning method is project scheduling. Great loss because of the overdue amount, the company must evaluate their project schedule. The Researcher using CPM-Project Evaluation Review Technic (PERT) and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) both methods can give new project schedule. CPM-PERT can give probability project finish and CCPM can give new project schedule. The result of this research is probability project is not delay is very low that is only 55% project can finish on time, the company must try CCPM schedule.
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a disease that was only discovered in 2019 and has been reported to have spread to almost all over the world. This pandemic has caused anxiety and fear for all Indonesians because it can be transmitted easily through humans. This study aims to cluster each province in Indonesia into certain clusters so that they can find out the characteristics, movements, and government policies that must be carried out in each cluster. This study uses secondary data regarding COVID-19 cases in Indonesia, which reached 4800 data from March 1 to August 11, 2020, in 34 Indonesian provinces. The four variables used were the number of cases of death, the number of cured cases, the number of active cases, and the number of deaths per one million population. Cluster 1 has a high risk because it has the highest variable number of active cases and the number of deaths per one million population. Cluster 2 has a low risk because it has a variable with the highest number of cured cases and the lowest number of active cases. Cluster 3 has a moderate risk because it has the lowest number of cures variable and the moderate number of active cases. The government policy in cluster 1 should prioritize the variable number of active cases and the number of death cases per one million population, cluster 2 must prioritize the variable number of deaths, and cluster 3 must prioritize the variable number of active cases.
Tiwul adalah pangan olahan berbahan baku utama umbi cassava yang proses pembuatannya relatif mudah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan alternatif lain makanan pokok selain nasi putih dengan pertimbangan bahan baku yang melimpah, harga terjangkau, tinggi kalori dan bergizi, serta survei persepsi konsumen mengenai tiwul instan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji hedonik konsumen dari tiwul instan secara keseluruhan bernilai 4,0 yang artinya konsumen beranggapan bahwa kesukaan terhadap tiwul instan biasa saja. Nilai rasa pada uji hedonik dan uji mutu hedonik bernilai 4,8 dan 5,4 yang artinya konsumen beranggapan bahwa rasa dari tiwul instan menunjukkan kualitas yang baik. Hasil dari penelitian survei persepsi konsumen menunjukkan bahwa 38,3% panelis memilih untuk mengonsumsi tiwul sebagai makanan sarapan, 31,7% panelis memilih untuk mengonsumsi tiwul sebagai makanan cemilan, 18,3% panelis memilih untuk mengonsumsi tiwul sebagai makanan penunda lapar, dan 11,7% panelis memilih untuk mengonsumsi tiwul sebagai makanan pengganti nasi. Jumlah Puskesmas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengalami peningkatan sejak tahun 2012 sebanyak 288 unit hingga pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 310 unit. Jumlah unit puskesmas yang meningkat tidak serta merta menjadikan pelayanan puskesmas sudah memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan untuk memberikan technical respon yang bersumber dari Voice of Customer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance and Performance Analysis untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan metode Quality Function Deployment digunakan untuk memberikan technical respon. Hasil analisis dengan metode Importance and Performance Analysis menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang termasuk prioritas utama adalah pelayanan terkait pemberian diagnosa yang sesuai oleh dokter di puskesmas, pelayanan terkait respon pihak puskesmas terhadap keluhan (complain) dari pasien, dan atribut pelayanan terkait kesesuaian obat yang diberikan oleh dokter di puskesmas. Peningkatan respon terhadap keluhan pasien merupakan prioritas utama yang harus dilakukan oleh pihak puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Respon teknis dengan urutan prioritas terdepan adalah tenaga medis yang harus memberikan jawaban yang jelas mengenai pengobatan yang dijalani pasien, dan dokter di puskesmas harus lebih teliti dalam memberikan obat yang sesuai dengan penyakit pasien.
In recent years, companies around the world need to find new ways to reduce costs, increase productivity, improve product quality, and meet various customer demands. Each Distribution Center (DC) or warehouse is specifically designed to minimize costs in the company’s supply chain. Cross-docking is a logistics technique that eliminates storing and picking up items at warehouses. Cross-docking has several advantages compared to other product distribution strategies from both an economic and an environmental point of view. Cross-docking decisions are influenced by many factors such as the level of product demand, the cost of stock-outs, and the distance from suppliers to customers. This research builds a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help companies to ensure sustainability in the supply chain. This study assumes the demand is deterministic which is indicated by Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). This system can detect the time and quantity of certain items that experience cross-docks accurately. If the customers’demand cannot be fulfilled by the warehouse, then the goods are categorized as out of stock. By knowing the time and quantity of goods at the time of the cross-dock, the warehouse manager can make operational decisions quickly and accurately related to the resources such asoperators and forklifts.
