The challenges of vocational education is to answer the changed faced by people nowadays as well as to prepare the labor in particular number and quality according to the needs of different sectors, especially industrial and service sector. To prepare the graduate of vocational high school who fulfills the qualification of labor market, then the competency of the graduates of vocational high school need to be regenerated and increased. This research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurships education and work training to students’ entrepreneur attitude. Students’ entrepreneur attitude can be seen from self-confidence aspect, oriented on task and result, risk takers, leaderships, originality and future oriented. Data was collected from 113 students at SMK N 2 Tondano by doing proportional sampling technique. The result of the research found that students’ entrepreneur attitude can be shaped through entrepreneurship education at school and work training or take apprentice programs outside of schools.
AbstrakKacang sangrai adalah produk usaha rumah tanggayang dihasilkan oleh sebagian besar pelaku usaha mikroyang ada di Kelurahan Kinali 1 Kawangkoan. Tujuan dari kegiatan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat untuk memfasilitasi para pelaku usaha mikro kacang sangrai dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui pengemasan dengan sentuhan teknologi dan manajemen usaha. Target khusus yaitu untuk merubah pola pikir dan perilaku mitra dalam memproduksi dan menjual produk kacang sangrai supaya bisa mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar. Untuk merealisasikan program tersebut, metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini antara lain metode sosialisasi, edukasi/penyuluhan, implementasi teknologi, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai terfasilitasinya kegiatan usaha kacang sangrai pada kelompok usaha perempuan Mawali-wali yaitu pengemasan produk yang lebih menarik dengan beberapa variasi ukuran, manajemen usaha termasuk keuangan, dan pemasaran.Kata Kunci: Kacang sangrai, pengemasan, usaha rumah tanggaAbstractRoasted beans are home business products produced by most micro business actors in Kelali Kinali 1 Kawangkoan. The purpose of science and technology for the community to facilitate the perpetrators of roasted bean micro-business in improving product quality through packaging with a touch of technology and business management. Specific targets are to change the mindset and behavior of partners in producing and selling roasted bean products in order to obtain greater benefits. To realize the program, the methods used in this activity include methods of socialization, education / counseling, technology implementation, and mentoring. This paper aims to describe the readiness of human resources in the context of business development in the business of "Tibo-tibo" women fishermen in North Minahasa, Indonesia. Descriptive qualitative research methods were used to analysis valuable data and information. Data collected with observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews technique.The results showed that human resources are very supportive of doing business development as seen from the experience business as a fish seller, productive age, and motivation to work and family support as a fisherwoman. The results of subsequent studies are human resources challenging to identify traditional work behaviour, shortterm work habit, lack of creativity on product and marketing innovation and also the habit on making loan in high interest. This research recommends human capital and social capital empowering to increase local potential.
<p><em>The demand for entrepreneurship </em>at<em> a university is relatively low because there are still many students who are not interested in taking this opportunity. Courage to step is one obstacle to starting. The Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) is a strategy to motivate and nurture students to become independent new entrepreneurs. The purpose of this activity is to equip students in starting new businesses. The specific target of this activity is to produce seven new independent entrepreneurs among students and alumni. Methods for implementing socialization, education, practicum, and mentoring. The number of students in this program is as many as twenty people from the management, accounting, economic education, and marketing management study programs, Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The results achieved were the facilitation of new entrepreneurs by as many as seven people with different products. Entrepreneurial students have their own businesses in the form of groups and individuals, including a coffee-inspired cafe booth, an EcoF Kitchen business with burger and hotdog products, and a pottery craft business. The motivation of new entrepreneurs is discussed in this paper.
