Stochastic theory and probabilistic perturbation are introduced in this paper. According to the instantaneous speed and maximum braking force, the vehicle braking performence evaulation is established, in which the uncertainty of stochastic parameters are analysed. Compared with that of Monte-Carlo’s, the result shows that the accuracy of the braking performance is improved.

Spherical tank is an important storage equipment in petrochemical industry. It is often used to store inflammable and explosive materials. Once it is damaged in the earthquake, it will lead to serious consequences. In this paper, the finite element model of spherical tank is established by ANSYS software. The bottom shear method, mode decomposition method and time history analysis method are used to calculate the strength of spherical tank. The weakest link of the structure under the real earthquake load is determined, which provides the basis for the seismic safety guarantee and structural design of spherical tank. The applicability of the three calculation methods is compared and discussed.

This paper aims at designing a visibility forecasting system on freeways based on the Internet of Things. Physical processes of fog formation on freeways are explored by the related real data and circulation background fields, and then some characteristics are presented through the forecasting model. The paper introduces the Zigbee protocol into the hardware design of the system, in which the epigenous machines can analyze the received data dynamically.

The 3D-model of lift transporter frame was assembled by the parts, whose 3D-models were established under UG. And the finite element model was achieved in ANSYS/ Workbench. Four different analysis conditions were developed and the static properties of the frame in various conditions were analyzed by ANSYS/Workbench. The analysis results indicate that the design of the special frame is feasible.
