The instructional reform of vocational skills training in higher education is a difficult problem, which is still not resolved, although it is being explored continually in recent years. The crux lies in that researchers have not yet found an effective way to combine with informational technology and vocational skills training. In the 21st century, vocational skills training will not only rely on the physical space which is embodied by laboratories and training centers, but also rely on the virtual space which is built by informational technology, to achieve a new complementary vocational skills training space which is including physical space and virtual space. It is necessary to construct a vocational skills training model which integrates informational technologies with on-the-spot experiment and training. This paper constructs a vocational skills training model, integrated informational technologies with on-the-spot experiment and training, realizes the ideas of combining virtual with reality, knowledge with skills, training context with job skills.
