In this paper, the chars of wood dust, corn straw, rice husk and coal pulverized were obtained at different residual time of various pyrolysis temperature (1173 K, 1273 K and 1373 K) during the process of flash pyrolysis in the drop tube furnace (DTF). In order to obtain the parameters of porous structure which included specific surface area, pore volume and fractal dimension of char, low-temperature nitrogen adsorption method was employed to obtain nitrogen adsorption isotherm of chars sample. For the four chars, the corn straw char had the biggest specific surface area and pore volume, the rice husk in second place, the wood dust in third place, and the pulverized coal char in the last one. By taking Frenkel-Halsey Hil (FHH) method to analyze the fractal character of char surface structure, we found that the fractal dimension of biomass except wood char is higher than those of pulverized coal char.
Advancements were made to the fuel supply system on the basis of the original X195 Diesel Engine correlating its structure features, and we designed exhausting performance experiments on the injection diesel engine burning the mixture of ethanol and diesel. The results show that: the exhaust smoke and the NOx emission could be significantly reduced by ameliorating the engine.
The developed corn stubble harvester can simultaneously finish such as the digging, picking up, cleaning, collection and Stripy laying stubble process and so on, but it cost more man-hour time because of the high digging resistance and high engine power consumption in digging stubble works. The digging spring tooth for corn stubble harvester including self-exited vibration S-shaped spring handle and curved chisel-shaped bionic tooth is designed based on the mechanism of drag reduction of self-excited vibration and bionic drag reduction for reduce digging resistance and power consumption, and the statics analysis of digging spring tooth is done by ANSYS software, the stress and strain distribution diagrams show the design is reasonable.
In order to effectively reduce the crop stubble harvesters digging resistance, enhance stubbles picking rate and intact stubble rate, the Research Group took structure improvement for the Crop stubble harvester and its critical component based on abundant trials. Three physical machines in succession were developed, and a trial contrastive analysis between the optimized harvester and the first harvester was conducted. It turned out that the improved harvester machine was clearly superior to the first machine.
Biodiesel can be made from the esterification with plant or animal fat.It has been being paid more and more attention for its characteristics of non-sulphur, non-arene,higher hexadecane and biodegradablity and renewablity Biodiesel is similar to No.0 diesel in characteristics,so it can be applied to engines directly without changing the structure.This article shows the emission performance of diesel mixed with biodiesel fuel which in different proportion,and its CO, HC and smoking exhaust have been decreased greatly,then NOx increase slightly,while the fuel-consumption ratio remains stable(when on full load condition,5%, 15% and25% of hybrid fuel compared with pure diesel fuel,HC emission decreases by 15%,33.3% and 83.3%,and carbon smoke emission decreases by 16.25%,51.8% and 63.6%).
