ABSTRAKPuskesmas merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama yang menyelenggarakan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab kefarmasian di Puskesmas wajib mengikuti Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (PMK) No. 74 Tahun 2016 untuk menjamin keselamatan pasien, namun dalam implementasinya pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas belum dilakukan sesuai standar sehingga analisis kinerja apoteker perlu dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kesesuaian kinerja apoteker dengan PMK No. 74 Tahun 2016 dan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik. Data diambil secara retrospektif melalui penelusuran dokumen dan dilengkapi dengan data kualitatif melalui lembar observasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Kota Yogyakarta, Kabupaten Brebes, dan Kota Banjarmasin. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kesesuaian kinerja apoteker dengan PMK No. 74 Tahun 2016 yang dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja apoteker di Puskesmas yaitu karakteristik apoteker (usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, lama berpraktek dan penghasilan). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk penilaian kinerja apoteker, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja apoteker dianalisa secara statistik dengan Independent sample t-test dan One Way ANOVA. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 apoteker. Hasil penelitian menunjukan capaian kinerja apoteker di puskesmas secara keseluruhan sebesar 82,97% (tinggi) dengan capaian kinerja apoteker pada aspek pengelolaan obat maupun farmasi klinik termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 76,94% untuk pengelolaan obat dan 89% untuk farmasi klinik. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh jenis kelamin serta tidak ada pengaruh faktor usia, pendidikan terakhir, lama berpraktek dan penghasilan terhadap kinerja apoteker. The back to nature trend, the availability of raw materials and the support of the tourism industry, especially in Bali, opens up opportunities for the development of natural-based cosmetics, one of which is Bali Stuti from PT. Karya Pak Oles Tokcer. The purpose of this study is to analyze the product’s attribute (quality; brand; design and packaging) that affect customer satisfaction of Bali Stuti. This research is an analytical study using a questionnaire instrument with a 4-point Likert scale with favorable and unfavorable statements and filled in by respondents that meet the inclusion criteria. Sampling techniques with incidental sampling. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that the product’s attributes affect customer satisfaction. Design and packaging factors partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, so there is a need for development and innovation in design and packaging to increase customer satisfaction.
