Despite the presence of stable demand for food and other agricultural resources, the trend of reducing the number of workers in agriculture in almost all countries of the world in the coming years will continue. This reduction should be partially compensated by the growth of labor productivity and the strengthening of the technical equipment of the industry, innovations and improvements in the applied methods, tools and production technologies. On the other hand, the reduction in the number of personnel in working professions must be compensated for by increasing their professionalism and compliance with professional standards. In these conditions, the requirements for professional competence of workers in working professions in the implementation of production processes for the cultivation, harvesting and post-harvest processing of crop products, maintenance and care of farm animals and poultry, land reclamation and other work should be carried out in strict accordance with the organizational and economic principles of agricultural production. In order to identify factors affecting the turnover of workers in agricultural occupations, we conducted a special correlation and regression analysis, which allowed us to establish that the main ones are: labor remuneration; the number of hospital beds per 10,000 people in rural areas; the proportion of women in the staff of the working professions of agricultural organizations; the level of profitability of agricultural enterprises; the proportion of personnel working professions of agricultural organizations under the age of 30 years; the size of the energy capacity per 100 hectares of sown area of agricultural organizations.

Chen Hsiu-chin, Chaing Roger HL, Veda C.Storey (2012) in their work "Business Intelligence and Analytics: From Big Data to Big Impact" also note that the scale and impact of problems related to digital data in modern conditions is huge. At the same time, the provision of regular high-quality business analytics is at the forefront. Chen Hsinchun (2006), "Intelligence and Security Informatics for International Security: Information Sharing and Data Mining," notes that "since September 11, 2001, the whole world has become aware of the security problems that it faces on an international scale. Through this awareness, commitment comes from the scientific, engineering and medical communities to help the world cope with a range of security challenges. " According to a study by Glazyev, S. Yu., Ajvazov, A. E. & Belikov, V.A. (2018), "the main contradiction of today is the confrontation between the defenders of the obsolete industrial civilization and the supporters of the information society". technologies in the development of science will only increase in the future, as Internet commerce, e-commerce, the sale and purchase of items, goods and services develop, which saves not only production costs, but also results in saving the main resource for man-time.

Введение. Успешному формированию человеческого капитала в любой стране способствуют развитие социальных, экономических и культурных сфер жизнедеятельности людей, а также все элементы образовательного, психофизиологического, творческого, коммуникативного, нравственного, интеллектуального потенциалов, которые человек наращивает в себе с момента рождения. Выявление и анализ факторов, влияющих на формирование человеческого капитала, своевременное регулирование возникающих проблем имеют чрезвычайно важное значение для обеспечения национальной безопасности страны. Методы исследования Исследование ключевых тенденций развития факторов формирования человеческого капитала, основанное на данных Федеральной службы государственной статистики Российской Федерации было построено нами на основе анализа демографических показателей, показателей системы здравоохранения и образования, правонарушений, жилищных условий и других. Практически все сферы экономики оказывают свое влияние на формирование качества жизни и здоровья людей, на формирование национального богатства страны-на развитие человеческого капитала. 1 Демографические процессы Уровень рождаемости является главным зеркальным отражением социально-экономического развития любого государства, качества и уровня жизни страны. При благоприятных обстоятельствах она выше, с ростом уровня образованности населения-ее уровень развития, как правило, сдерживается. Более образованные люди чаще задумываются о том, в каких условиях и на какие средства будут расти их дети. Согласно официальным данным Федеральной службы государственной статистики Российской Федерации, общая численность населения страны за период с 2000 по 2017 гг. увеличилась на 0,4%, в том числе городскоговозросла на 2,1%, сельского-уменьшилась на 4,1% (таблица 1).
Humanitarian workers operate in complex environments with various challenges and demanding working conditions. These challenges put aid workers in a range of risks and under the pressure. However, human resources are crucial for success of humanitarian operations in general. At the same time, each humanitarian operation is reliant on logistics and logistics activities are always connected with logistic staff. Understanding what motivates logisticians to join the humanitarian sector is essential information for humanitarian organizations and for recruiters within. Also, knowing which factors influence motivation and job satisfaction of humanitarian logisticians could help the organizations to struggle with the extremely turnover they have to face. Up to this moment, needed skills and the performance of humanitarian logisticians were examined. Also, the motivators of humanitarian workers are covered in previous research. Therefore, the additional aim of this research is to extend the knowledge about the human resources in humanitarian sector as well.
Молочное скотоводство выполняет важную социально-экономическую и народно-хозяйственную задачу, обеспечивая население региона и страны ценными продуктами питания. В августе 2014 г. в результате санкций некоторых государств в отношении Российской Федерации, поставки молочной продукции сократились. Вместо "стран Европейского союза и Новой Зеландии первые позиции по объему поставок молока и молочной продукции заняли Аргентина и Уругвай" [3]. Именно с 2014 г. в стране наметился рост объемов производства молочной продукции, в частности,-сыра. Однако основной проблемой переработчиков при этом явилась проблема доступа к молочному сырью.
