The patient reported a recurrence of blisters 1 day prior to the cycle 6 day 1 infusion, likely due to the waning effects of the prior oral prednisone treatment of 50 mg daily for 5 days. In case 2, the biopsy for DIF was taken 8 days after the cycle 3 day 8 infusion. The patient initially started experiencing diffuse pruritus just before this cycle 3 day 8 infusion, and the vesicular eruption occurred a few days after the infusion. We hope these additional details will contribute to a better understanding of blistering eruptions associated with EV.
