Abstrak. Analisis Minat Investor Di Kota Serang Terhadap Investasi Syariah PadaPasar Modal Syariah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan latar belakang bahwa untuk lebih mengenalkan dan mengembangkan pasar modal syariah, maka diperlukan adanya kekuatan suatu basis investor lokal (daerah) serta ketersediaan produk investasi syariah dalam jangka panjang. Kajian penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap investor yang yang berdomisili di Kota Serang Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu data penelitian yang disajikan dalam bentuk grafik atau tabel. Analisis serta interpretasi lebih lanjut dilakukan atas faktor-faktor yang sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investor untuk berinvestasi syariah. Terdapat 2 (dua) faktor yang paling menentukan (signifikan) terhadap minat investor untuk berinvestasi syariah. Pertama adalah kehalalan terhadap imbal hasil yang akan diperoleh dalam berinvestasi efek-efek syariah. Kedua adalah keyakinan bahwa efek syariah tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip syariah. Berdasarkan atas hasil serta analisis kajian penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar investor di Kota Serang berminat untuk berinvestasi syariah pada pasar modal syariah. This research was conducted in order to introduce and develop the Islamic capital market. It needed the strength of local investors as well as the availability of Islamic investment products for the long term. This research conducted on investors domiciled in Serang City at Banten Province. The quantitative analysis method used in this research and descriptive method of research data presented in the form of graphs or tables. There are two (2) most decisive significant factors against the interest of investors to invest in sharia investment. Firstly, the earning in investment sharia securities is Halal. Secondly, the Islamic securities are not contrary to Islamic principles. Based on that results and analysis of the research, it can be concluded that the majority of investors in Serang City interested to invest in Islamic capital market.

The covid 19 pandemics have slowed down the world economy, especially Indonesia, especially in the halal tourism sector. As known halal tourism sector is hard hit by the pandemic covid 19, especially in the transport sector which is much in the set on the restriction of physical distance. This journal's literature review will explore the impact of covid-19 on the role of the transportation sector in the halal tourism industry in Indonesia, as well as identify opportunities and challenges in the transportation sector for halal tourism during the Covid-19 pandemic. This journal review literature research method is carried out by searching for published articles on Sage, Elsevier Science, and Taylor Francis with the selected keywords namely Covid-19, Transportation, and Halal Tourism. The search was carried out by limiting publications from 2010–2020. From the results of the literature search, it can be seen that there was a change or shift in behavior from pre-covid-19 activities to the covid-19 era which had a direct impact on decreasing the movement or mobility of the Indonesian population in the halal tourism transportation sector. Transportation with a health element as the main requirement that needs to be implemented in halal tourism is an important aspect for sustainable halal tourism during the covid-19 pandemic.

This paper aims to determine the development, opportunities and challenges of the halal supply chain in the Indonesian halal food industry. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. A qualitative approach is a procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and the observed behavior of giving a comprehensive picture. The type of research is descriptive with the aim that researchers can reveal facts, phenomena, and conditions present. Research results show in the era of the halal food chain and halal science as it is today, competition for halal food needs is higher than overseas, therefore halal food companies must maintain production, with the application and other technology companies must respond to consumers faster. The market potential for the halal food industry in Indonesia is developing rapidly. Over the past few years, Indonesia is ranked first as Halal food consumers in the world. Nevertheless, the market potential is very the amount has not been able to be used optimally by the government to improve Indonesia's economy. Maintaining the quality of halal food products is one way to compete with other countries in the halal food industry.

Maslahah mursalah merupakan jalan yang ditempuh hukum Islam untuk menerapkan kaidah-kaidah dan perintah-Nya terhadap peristiwa baru yang tidak ada nashnya. Disamping itu, maslahah mursalah juga menjadi jalan dalam menetapkan aturan yang harus ada dalam perjalanan hidup umat manusia, agar sesuai dengan maqashid syariah ammah (pemeliharan terhadap agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan dan harta), dan satu perbuatan yang pada intinya untuk memelihara kelima aspek tujuan syara tersebut, maka dinamakan maslahah. Konsep maslahah mursalah tidak hanya terbatas pada masalah ibadah, tetapi juga masalah ekonomi (muamalah). Dalam hal ini maka permasalahan yang akan diangkat dalam tulisan ini yaitu mengenai konsep Al-Maslahah Al-Mursalah dari sisi bidang usaha ekonomi pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

This feasibility study aims to determine the extent of the community interest towards opening the Department of Zakat and Endowments Management at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN SMH Banten. The method of this research used descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires to the students of High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK) and Islamic High School (MA) in Serang City. Furthermore, guided interviews were conducted for philanthropic institutions such as BAZNAS, Indonesian Endowments Agency (BWI), Dompet Dhu’afa, and LAZ Harfa. In addition, most respondents were very interested in continuing their studies to a higher level, both the respondents from the public school and private schools as many as 83.1%. Whereas the respondents' interest in continuing their studies in FEBI, UIN SMH Banten, when the Department of Zakat and Endowments Management has been opened, is 49.2%, with the most preferred area of ​​respondents when entering the Department of Zakat and Endowments Management was the management area, which is equal to 76.3%. Based on these data, it can be stated that the Department of Zakat and Endowments Management is feasible to be opened in FEBI, UIN SMH Banten.
