To deepen the methodological foundations and produce recommendations on building the integrated system of knowledge management as a tool of intellectual potential of the industrial enterprise development based on the principles of qual ity management to achieve the main strategic goal. Methodology. The methodological basis of knowledge management includes: the theory of the knowledge economy, entrepre neurship, institutionalism, microeconomic theory of knowledge management, the theory of the transformation of knowledge, acquiring new knowledge, the concept of a learning organization, the concept of "triple helix". The basis of the methodology application is system analysis as a scientific method of research on knowledge management organizations functions. findings. Theoretical and applied generalization was carried regarding the formation of the concept of industrial enterprise knowledge management in conditions of knowledgebased economy. A new understanding was proposed of the essence of the categories of "knowledge management of industrial enterprises" and "knowledge management system of industrial enterprises". The introduction of knowledge management system was justified that provides for improvement of the knowledge accumulation and integration processes in the field of enterprise activity, knowledge sharing between employees and key stakeholders. Recom mendations are developed to improve the knowledge management processes at industrial enterprises, and mechanisms are pro posed for their practical implementation. originality. The methodology of enterprise management as a dynamic system based on knowledge management was improved. A concept of holistic knowledge management system development and methodical support of its effective use were developed. The suggested integrative model of the enterprise knowledge management system in the mainstream approach process reflects practical aspects of knowledge management concept and is based on the principles of quality management with the purpose of transforming the enterprise into a selflearning organization. The implementation of this concept gives the possibility to create a viable, effective control system for each company that ensures permanent performance of the formation and implementation of learning processes across all business units and in all forms. practical value. The proposed development and recommendations of the authors can be used in the context of improving the intel lectual potential management efficiency growth to increase economic added value due to generating the organizational knowledge.
This paper explores peculiarities in the formation and development of intelligent entrepreneurship as a new social phenomenon of national economies and the imperatives of its manifestation in the economic environment. The relationship between intelligent, informational, and innovative activities that shape the environment of modern entrepreneurship has been established. A new understanding of the essence of "intelligent entrepreneurship" and "talent management" categories has been proposed. The value of human capital, the realization of intelligent capabilities of the individual is recognized as the basic value of intelligent entrepreneurship. It has been proven that in modern conditions the most promising for national economies is the transition to open innovation models. It is noted that the development and effective use of intelligent potential are due to the need to increase the efficiency of innovation, science, and education systems, which ensures the economic growth of the national economy. The structure of intelligent potential of entrepreneurship under the conditions of digital transformation of the economy has been built. Original views on the essence and significance of the talent management system are presented. It is noted that intelligent entrepreneurship requires a holistic approach. The classification of communities of intelligent practitioners has been devised. The system of management of advanced reproduction of the latest knowledge of business entities has been formed. The directions of digital transformation of intelligent entrepreneurship have been outlined. A system-integrated methodological approach to determining the Index of digital transformation of business entities has been devised. The study results build on the theoretical and practical aspects of intelligent entrepreneurship, contribute to the effective use and development of the intelligent potential of entrepreneurial organizations and their network associations.
Purpose. Methodological and applied principles deepening, recommendations projecting due to learning organizations building, in order to obtain fundamentally new competitive advantages in a knowledge-based economy. Methodology. The development of theoretical and methodological foundations of learning organizations building should be carried out on the basis of provisions synthesis of neural networks theory and the latest management paradigm with a projection on staff development; theories of personality and its development in activity; sociology, motivation, theory of organization and competitive advantage, chaos theory and synergetic. Findings. Priorities of learning organizations building in a knowledge-based economy is developed is defined. The own vision of learning organization building conceptual bases as a fundamental component of competitiveness management system on the bases of innovative development is formulated. A new understanding of learning organization category essence is proposed. Learning organizations formation principles, which are based on the latest enterprise management paradigm are improved. The study actualizes the value of educational and human capital, as well as proves their impact upon the socio-economic development of the organization. Emphasis is placed at the fact that the activities of learning organization are based on the culture, system and skills of learning. It is proved that the transformation of domestic enterprises into learning organizations will avoid many problems of the nonlinear world picture and accelerate the processes of effective management at each enterprise. Originality. The work develops the conceptual principles of learning organization building, the representation of which is reproduced according to the original conceptual-analytical model in distinguishing its architecture on the basis of innovative development. The model of learning organization is presented, the novelty of which is to systematize and clarify the requirements for the basic elements of the organization and to reflect the relationships between them. The mechanism of creation and use of knowledge of the learning organization is developed. It will increase its competitiveness from the standpoint of strategic approach and expand competitive positions in the market. Practical value. The practical use of scientific developments and recommendations of the authors allows to increase the innovation and efficiency of the national innovation system structure-producing organizations.
Іndustrial enterprises intellectual resources management in а knowledge-based economy The article substantiates the theoretical provisions, scientific and practical recommendations for the industrial enterprises management in the formation of knowledge-based economy intellectual resources have been developed. The content and the main elements of the infrastructure-reproductive approach to the management of industrial enterprises intellectual resources are revealed. The classification of industrial enterprises intellectual resources management organizational levels is offered. The types of personnel policy that correspond to a certain level of the enterprise intellectual resources management organization are identified. The results of the study can be used to develop tools, methods, systems and mechanisms for managing the intellectual resources of industrial enterprises, aimed at maximizing the innovation effect, needed to ensure sustainable innovation at the current level.
