Currently, the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banten Indonesia mostly still manage their customers in conventional ways, the touch of information technology has not been done much. One approach to modern business is to pay attention to the factors of good relationships with customers, not only before the transaction, but also after the transaction. The Information Technology System used to manage customer relationships with the aim of increasing customer retention is called Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The existing CRM software is more oriented to large companies that are already established, so that it will cause some discrepancies when applied in MSMEs. This study tries to develop E-CRM software that is tailored to the business needs of MSMEs in Banten by using a local approach to facilitate users in their use. This feature in the E-CRM will help MSMEs in implementing customer relationship management so that they can increase their competitiveness with other companies in maintaining the business they are running and as a means to obtain a wider new market. The approach used by local policy is through observations made on MSMEs in the Banten region. The application developed in this paper is based on 9 characteristics of the Banten MSMEs produced in previous studies [1] and the E-CRM UMKM blue print model that has been published in international seminars [2]. This application development used the stages that exist in the waterfall model method, namely planning, analysis, design, and implementation. The results of the E-CRM UMKM Application are expected to increase customer retention and build global marketing for MSMEs in the Banten region of Indonesia.
Salah satu cara untuk menentukan keragaman fenotipik ternak kerbau adalah dengan pengamatanmorfometrik pada setiap jenis kerbau di Indonesia. Identifikasi morfometrik dapat dilakukan dengan caramembandingkan ukuran dan bentuk tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi fenotipik yangberhubungan dengan karakter morfometrik tubuh kerbau murrah dan kerbau rawa berdasarkan AnalisisKomponen Utama. Penelitian dilaksanakan di BPTU Siborongborong Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara pada Julisampai September 2012. Menggunakan 68 kerbau rawa (7 jantan, 61 betina) dan 32 kerbau murrah (5jantan, 27 betina) dengan metode survei. Hasil analisis statistika menunjukkan ukuran-ukuran tubuh kerbaumurrah lebih beragam dibandingkan kerbau rawa. Ukuran menunjukkan perbedaan sangat nyata (P<0,01) padapanjang badan, tinggi pundak, tinggi pingggul dan lingkar dada, dan tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05) pada lebardada, dalam dada dan lebar pinggul. Hasil analisis komponenen utama menunjukkan penciri ukuran pada keduabangsa adalah tinggi pundak dan penciri bentuk adalah lebar dada. Kerumunan data pada kerbau murrah dankerbau rawa terpisah pada bentuk, sedangkan tidak terpisah pada skor bentuk, sedangkan tidak terpisah padaskor ukuran. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah kerbau murrah dan kerbau rawa berbeda bentuk sedangkanukuran sama.Kata Kunci : Kerbau Murrah, Kerbau Rawa, Morfometrik, Analisis K
Utilization of cattle rumen waste as liquid organic fertilizer is expected in planting, especially forage feed because the content of waste organic fertilizer rumen cattle fermentation has a fairly good nutrient content. This research was conducted at Bandar Klipah Market 10, Tembung Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency in August -November 2017 using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatment of 5 replications. The treatment were dosage of fermented rumen liquid (ml/plot) of P0: control, P1: 50 ml /plot, P2: 100 ml/plot, and P3: 150 ml/plot. Variabels were observed plant height, number of tillers, fresh production, dry matter, and N uptake. The results showed that fertilizer dosage treatment had significant effect (P<0.05) on height and fresh production, but had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on dry matter production, number of tillers and N uptake of napier grass (Pennisetum purpureum). The treatment of P3 with 150 ml of fertilizer dosage showed heigher the plant height (124.40cm), fresh production (86.54g / plot), dry matter production (32.46g / polybag), number of tillers (5.87), and N uptake (1,99 g / plot) than other treatments. Production tends to increase along with the increase of dosage of waste cattle fermentation organic fertilizer. It was concluded that the fertilizer waste of cattle rumen fermentation can increase the production on napier grass (Pennisetum purpureum). ABSTRAKPemanfaatan limbah rumen sapi sebagai pupuk organik cair diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam bercocok tanam khususnya hijauan pakan ternak. Kandungan pupuk organik cair fermentasi rumen sapi memiliki kandungan organik yang cukup baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Bandar Klipah pasar 10, Kecamatan Tembung, Kabupaten Deli Serdang pada bulan Juni -November 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan menggunakan pupuk organik cair fermentasi rumen sapi (ml/plot) yang terdiri dari P0 : kontrol (tanpa pupuk cair), P1 : 50 ml/plot, P2 : 100 ml/plot, dan P3 : 150 ml/plot. Peubah yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, produksi segar, bahan kering, dan Serapan N. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan dosis pemupukan berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap tinggi dan produksi segar, dan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0.05) terhadap produksi bahan kering, jumlah anakan dan serapan N tanaman rumput gajah (Pennisetum purpureum). Perlakuan P3 dengan dosis pupuk 150 ml dapat meningkatkan produksi tinggi tanaman (124.40 cm), produksi segar (86.54 g/polybag), produksi kering (32.46 g/plot), jumlah anakan (5.87), dan serapan N (1,99 g/plot) dibanding perlakuan lainnya. Produksi cenderung meningkat seiring peningkatan dosis pupuk organik cair fermentasi rumen sapi. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair fermentasi rumen sapi dapat meningkatkan produksi pada rumput gajah (Pennisetum purpureum).Kata kunci : Rumput gajah (Pennisetum purpureum), cairan rumen sapi, produktifitas

Currently, modern business approach cares for customer factors intentionally, not only before but after the transaction as well. The Information Technology system used to maintain customers with the purpose of increasing customer retention which is called Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The current CRM software is more adapt to large established corporations, so it will cause some differences when applied to MSMEs. This research tried to model Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) software tailored to the business needs of MSMEs in Banten by using local way to facilitate user in its use. The E-CRM will help MSMEs to maintain their running business by carrying out CRM to enlarge their competitiveness with other corporations and obtain a wider new market. System modeling used Zachman Frameworks to get an entire and comprehensive picture. The model of E-CRM MSMEs made in this research is expected to increase customer retention and build global market for MSMEs in Banten province.
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia still utilize e-commerce which only focuses on sales, not yet equipped with good relations management with their customers after the transaction. The information technology system used to retain customers with the aim of increasing customer loyalty is called Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. The current CRM application is more developed for large companies so that when applied to MSMEs it causes many gaps and is not adaptive. This study tries to develop a CRM application based on Android or called Mobile-CRM (m-CRM) that is adjusted to the needs of MSME businesses in Indonesia using a local approach and based on the characteristics of MSMEs in Indonesia. Modeling the system in the MSME CRM is described by the Use Case Diagram. The development of this application uses one model of system Rapid Application Development(RAD), namely Phased Development. The results of this MSME m-CRM application are generally equipped with product management features, transactions, managing customer relationships, and seeing delivery tracking. These features are expected to be able to help MSMEs in Indonesia increase customer loyalty and build global marketing in order to support the independence of the national economy.
