This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage; (2) to know the effect of innovation on competitive advantage; (3) to know the influence of market orientation and product innovation together to competitive advantage; (4) the effect of market orientation on the performance of SMEs, (5) to know the effect of product innovation on the performance of SMEs, (6) to know the effect of competitive advantage on SMEs performance, and (7) to know the effect of market orientation, product innovation, and competitive advantage together SMEs. This research uses an explorative design that aims to conduct a search and reveal the factors that can be estimated as the cause of the occurrence of a condition that is not yet known the cause and the mechanism.The population in this study is the SMEs in Batam city with the type of production business with a population of 153 SMEs. The number of samples was determined using a saturated sample technique in which the entire population in the study was sampled. So the number of samples in this study was as many as 153 SMEs. From the results of the study found that market orientation has a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. Product innovation has a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. Market orientation and product innovation together have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage with R2 value of 83%. The dominant variable influencing competitive advantage is product innovation with regression coefficient value 0,62. Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on SME's performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on SME's performance. Competitive advantage positively and significantly influence to SMEs performance, market orientation, product innovation and competitive advantage together have positive and significant influence to SMEs performance with R2 value equal to 90%. The dominant variable affecting the performance of SMEs is the advantage of competing with the value of regression coefficient 0.47. This research offers implementation to SMEs to improve market orientation and product innovation so that it will increase competitive advantage which impact on SMEs performance.
This study aims to investigate the effect of loss aversion, regret aversion, and market factors, on investment decision making with the moderating role of locus of control. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The survey was conducted on individual investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Jakarta to obtain a sample of 281. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling approach. The statistical tool used is LISREL 8.8. This study found that loss aversion, regret aversion, and market factors significantly influence investment decision making. Locus of control plays the role of moderation between loss aversion, regret aversion, market factors, and investment decision making. The novelty in this study reveals the research that needs to be done to encourage investors to make rational decisions and control the required rate of returns through their locus of control. This research helps investors to make decisions logically and rationally with an open mind, high-performance thoughts and positive actions for investment goals that produce positive returns.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Price Book Value (PBV), Nilai Tukar (Kurs) dan Inflasi terhadap pergerakan harga saham dengan Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening pada saham indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh (sensus) pada saham indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 perusahaan. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per Share (EPS), Price Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per Share (EPS), Kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per Share (EPS), Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per Share (EPS), Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap Harga Saham, Price Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap Harga Saham, Kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Terhadap Harga Saham, Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap Harga Saham, Earning per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Return On Asset (ROA) tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening, Price Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening, Kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening dan Inflasi tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening pada saham indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021.
Saat ini sistem perbankan syariah merupakan bisnis yang sedang berkembangpesat. Namun, masih sedikit penelitian yang meneliti mengenai praktikpengungkapan informasi pada bank syariah. Tujuan utama dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial ukuranperusahaan, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap pengungkapan intellectualcapital pada sektor perbankan syariah yang terdaftar di Direktorat PerbankanSyariah periode 2008 sampai dengan 2018.Indikator pengungkapan intellectualcapital diukur dengan metode analisa konten terhadap laporan tahunan yangdipublikasikan sektor perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoderegresi data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews versi 10. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatifsignifikan terhadap pengungkapan intellectual capital, profitabilitas berpengaruhpositif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan intellectual capital dan leverage tidakmemiliki pengaruh terhadap pengungkapan intellectual capital. Ukuranperusahaan, profitabilitas dan leverage memiliki pengaruh signifikan secarasimultan terhadap pengungkapan intellectual capital.
This study aims to investigate the effect of the dimensions of perceived risk namely performance, privacy, social, time, and financial audit risk on satisfaction, and to investigate the effect of satisfaction on trust in the context of e-government. There were 6 hypotheses developed in this study. This study was conducted using survey questionnaire data in Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi and Bogor area. The findings of this study are privacy and time risk has a negative effect on satisfaction and the satisfaction has a positive effect on trust. Performance, social, and financial audit risk have no effect on satisfaction.
