This study aims to determine the application of shari'ah tourism in the perspective of maqashid shari'ah, with Lombok shari'ah tourism as the object of study. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection method is done by interview and observation. Shari'ah tourism is one of the concepts of tourism that is applied based on sharia principles. In recent years, shari'ah tourism has mushroomed in several regions in Indonesia and even in the world, with different concepts. This concept is not only a media to promote regions that want to implement it, but more than that, tourism carried out by a person can strengthen his creed and belief, if carried out in accordance with sharia principles. Researchers see a relationship between maqashid shari'ah with shari'ah tourism currently being applied. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between maqashid shari'ah in the application of shari'ah tourism, namely in the preservation of religion, soul, reason, descent and wealth. So that the applied shari'ah tour must include five safeguards in the shari'ah maqashid. While the application of Lombok shari'ah tourism in the perspective of maqashid shari'ah has not yet reached the five aspects of safeguards. Abstrak 144
