The number of poor people in Indonesia has continued to increase since the economic crisis in 1997 to the present. Population growth below the poverty line is not due to the problem of natural wealth that is not balanced with the population, but is caused by problems of income distribution and unfair economic access. Optimization of Islamic financial resources can be applied to reduce poverty levels. The distribution of cash waqf funds has an important role as one of the capital in developing the economy. Cash Waqf is also able to have a good impact on poverty alleviation. This study aims to determine the implementation of the distribution of cash waqf as supporting the improvement of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study uses qualitative methods by using a field survey research design. The results of this study conclude that the implementation of the distribution of good and directed cash waqf can increase mauquf alaihi income and can support the development of SMEs so that it is more productive.
This study aims to determine the application of shari'ah tourism in the perspective of maqashid shari'ah, with Lombok shari'ah tourism as the object of study. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection method is done by interview and observation. Shari'ah tourism is one of the concepts of tourism that is applied based on sharia principles. In recent years, shari'ah tourism has mushroomed in several regions in Indonesia and even in the world, with different concepts. This concept is not only a media to promote regions that want to implement it, but more than that, tourism carried out by a person can strengthen his creed and belief, if carried out in accordance with sharia principles. Researchers see a relationship between maqashid shari'ah with shari'ah tourism currently being applied. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between maqashid shari'ah in the application of shari'ah tourism, namely in the preservation of religion, soul, reason, descent and wealth. So that the applied shari'ah tour must include five safeguards in the shari'ah maqashid. While the application of Lombok shari'ah tourism in the perspective of maqashid shari'ah has not yet reached the five aspects of safeguards.

This research is a type of research that is descriptive analysis, the method of data collection is done by interview and observation, this study took 5 respondents to answer the variables studied. This research shows that the preservation of assets in sharia maqoshid is carried out through business or business and is distributed according to the guidance of sharia. The concept of safeguarding assets in Lombok's sharia tourism of assets includes two aspects, namely iktisab done by establishing beautifying tourist objects, hotels or lodging, and restaurants. The aspect of distribution (income) is done by donation, alms, namely by building poor houses on Friday, building mosques or places of worship in the area of tourist attractions, channeling funds for Posyandu, Koran teachers and marbots. the mosque.

According to Wahbah Zuhaili there is insurance that is allowed to do and there is insurance that is illegal to do. Basically, the purpose of the insurance is having a mutual help. So if the participant does not use the insurance premium they have been paid, this premium will be allocated to others. Until there is a help-seeking action based on sincerity. However, it will be illegal if the purpose of this insurance activity is based solely on profit. Thus, it will create a synergy that will eliminate the benefits. So this insurance being an illegal activity. which is containing five elements, there are riba, gharar, gaban, qimar, and jahalah, which can damage human benefits and harms. Then insurance activity is illegal.
