The harmonized balance between work and family is tough to reach in modern industrial societies because of increasing demands at work and in family settings. Previous studies analyzed work–family culture and its relationship with employees’ job performance without focusing on specific industries. Paralleled with the Sustainable Developments Goals (SDGs), this study aims to analyze the relationship between work–family culture and employees’ job performance in selected industries in Malaysia. This study surveyed 336 employees working in four industries in Peninsular Malaysia, and data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using two statistical analyses, i.e., descriptive and inferential statistic multiple linear regression by assisting statistical software, namely SPSS version 26. This study found that organizational time demands, and managerial support have a significant positive relationship with employees’ job performance. Moreover, the career consequences variable does not have a significant effect on employees’ job performance. Therefore, the results provided valuable insights into the work–family culture among employees with family responsibilities. Applied implications for managers are suggested to give full support to the employees while juggling their family matters. This study also contributes to the existing work–family culture literature. After a thorough analysis of this field, the researcher believed that other factors might significantly affect employees’ job performance, such as religiosity, working environment, and integrity in the organizations.
To this day, delinquent among teenagers remain the most critical social issue facing the Malaysian nation. This study examined the effects of psycho-spiritual intervention in reducing the level of anger among delinquent teenagers from correctional and rehabilitation centers in Terengganu. This study employed quasi-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest. The 24 female delinquent teenagers from correctional and rehabilitation centers in Terengganu were involved in this study. Differences in anger levels were evaluated based on the pretest and posttest scores, using the clinical anger scales (CAS). Descriptive analysis and pair sample t-test were used to analyze data. Overall, the pre and post-test mean scores showed a decrease in delinquent teenager’s anger levels. Pair sample t-test showed a significant difference in anger level before and after the psycho-spiritual intervention. It is shown that psycho-spiritual intervention is effective to reduce the levels of anger among teenagers who are involved in delinquent behavior.

Bank Negara Malaysia reports revealed that the Takaful market performance was shown to have contributed significantly to the family Takaful business compared to the general Takaful business, which remained the primary income generator in Malaysia for the Takaful industry. Yet, family Takaful's market penetration rate is still relatively low and does not reach the potential market. It also confirmed that the range of family Takaful participants surrendered their certificates every year. This can be argued that the Takaful industry faces a challenge in maintaining its current family Takaful participants. It is critical for the Takaful industry to focus on participants’ retention by know-how loyalty tendencies. This research aims at providing more information and knowledge on how to manage their loyalty based on its antecedents. Hence the main purpose of this research is to examine the effect of trust, commitment, and satisfaction on participants’ loyalty in family Takaful. This research also aims to examine the mediating role of satisfaction which can help extend the current understanding of loyalty. Quantitative research was put in place to achieve the research objectives. Stratified random sampling and simple random sampling were selected in which the questionnaires were distributed to 400 samples of family Takaful participants in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The data collected were processed via appropriate computer software such as the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 22 (SPSS 22.0) and the AMOS program version 22 (AMOS 22.0). These findings contributed to the existing literature as a guide to better understand consumer behavior cycles, particularly in the context of Takaful industry.
