PENGARUH PRODUKTIVITAS, EFISIENSI, KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PERPUTARAN KARYAWAN BAGIAN MARKETING LEMPUK SYAKO MAKASSAR. Perusahaan dapat menjadi besar apabila didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, oleh karena itu sumber daya manusia merupakan dasar dari segala aktivitas produksi yang harus dapat ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan agar produktivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan kerja dapat dirasakan oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produktivitas kerja, efisiensi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap perputaran karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 114 karyawan. Teknis analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas, efisiensi, kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perputaran karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan uji t yang menunjukkan signifikansi semua variabel bebas lebih dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,037 untuk variabel produktivitas kerja, 0,046 untuk variabel efisiensi kerja, dan 0,042 untuk variabel kepuasan kerja. Dari hasil pengujian dengan uji t juga dapat diketahui bahwa variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap perputaran karyawan adalah produktivitas kerja karena mempunyai nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari pada variabel efisiensi kerja dan kepuasankerja. This research was intended to find out: (1) the language learning strategies that are frequently used by the students; (2) whether or not there is any significant relationship between the use of language learning strategies and the English achievement of the students; (3) whether or not there is any significant difference in language learning strategies use due to gender; and (4) whether or not there is any significant difference of students' English achievement due to gender. This research applied correlational research which deals with two predictors and one criterion variable. The population of this research was the students of grade XI IPA of SMAN 1 Bajeng, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The sample was taken by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. Therefore, the sample consisted of 76 students which were divided 38 females and 38 males. The data of this research were collected through SILL questionnaire and the test. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics through SPSS program version 20. Depending on the statistical results, the findings revealed that first of all, social strategies were the frequently language learning strategies used by the students and followed by metacognitve strategies. Second, there was no any significant relationship between language learning strategies (LLSs) and the English achievement of the students where the correlation coefficient was r =.182 at p > 0.05. Third, there was no any significant difference in language learning strategies use due to gender where the computed ttest for the six types and the overall of language learning strategies (LLSs) were ttest = .539,-1.077, .850,-1.078,-.693,-1.109, and-.725 at p > 0.05. Fourth, there was a significant difference of students' English achievement due to gender where ttest = 3.24 at p < 0.05. It indicated that female students more successful than male students in learning English.
The South Tangerang City Public Works Service is a regional work unit for the South Tangerang City Government which has the authority and responsibility in matters of community and water resources. This includes work on improvement/rehabilitation or maintenance of roads, bridges, and work on the scope of water resources. Therefore, the South Tangerang City Public Works Department is responsible for carrying out work in its field according to applicable regulations. this study using a quantitative approach. Quantitative approach is an approach that uses data in the form of numbers in statistical analysis. The result of this research such as the constant value (a) is 7.405, this means that if the work placement, career path and employee loyalty have a value of 0 (zero), then the employee's performance has a value of 7.405. The regression coefficient of 0.234 states that for every increase (+ sign) one unit, work placement will increase employee performance by 0.234. The regression coefficient of 0.277 states that for each additional (+ sign) one unit, the career path will increase employee performance by 0.277. The regression coefficient of 0.348 states that for each addition (+ sign) one unit, employee loyalty will increase employee performance by 0.348.
The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of brand image, service quality and purchase intention on purchasing decisions (Study on Consumers of S26 Procal and Promise Gold Powdered Milk at Chanel Hypermarkets in Jakarta Distribution Area). This study took a population of consumers of S26 Procal and Promise Gold milk powder at the Chanel Hypermarket in the Jakarta Distribution Area, amounting to 1,511 people, while the sample used was using slovin calculations where from the population only took a sample of 94 respondents with an error rate of 10%, variable The research consists of independent variables or independent variables (X), namely brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (X3) while the dependent variable or dependent variable (Y) is purchasing decisions. The research method is using quantitative methods and the number of statement items is 40 which consists of a list of statements related to brand image variables (X1), service quality (X2), buying interest (X3) and purchasing decisions (Y), each of which is 10 statement items. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale from 1-5 with 5 categories. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and linear regression test. The results of data analysis show that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.627 + 0.434 (X1) + 0.279 (X2) + 0.279 (X3). The correlation coefficient Rx123 is 0.589 and is in the range 0.40 – 0.599 with a moderate level of relationship, meaning that the influence of brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) is included in the medium category. While the Adjusted R Squar coefficient of determination of 0.325 shows that brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (X3) contribute to purchasing decisions (Y) by 32.5% and the remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors. In the simultaneous hypothesis test, the Fcount value 15.935>Ftable 2.14 or the probability value Sig 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is Rejected and Ha is accepted, thus the proposed hypothesis stipulates that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) on S26 Procal and Promise Gold Powdered Milk Consumers at Chanel Hypermarkets in the Jakarta Distribution Area
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan program Kampung KB. Dalam penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada faktor-faktor apa saja yang menentukan proses pelaksanaan program kampung KB. Program Kampung KB merupakan program pemerintah pusat sebagai wujud dari agenda prioritas pembangunan Nawacita periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kabupaten Pangkajene dan kepulauan dengan mengambil dua sampel lokasi Kampung KB yaitu di kecamatan Bungoro sebagai sampel untuk kecamatan daratan dan kecamatan Tupabiring Utara sebagai sampel untuk kecamatan kepulauan. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 orang, dengan kriteria informan; Pimpinan BKKBN Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Pimpinan DPPKB Kab Pangkep, Penyuluh KB dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan informan, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Data primer dan sekunder kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubernan dengan tiga langkah yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah indikator implementasi kebijakan menurut Merilee S Grindel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek type manfaat dan perubahan yang diharapkan merupakan aspek pendukung dan dianggap sudah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Kampung KB dapat dinyatakan berhasil, sedangkan aspek sumber daya yang digunakan masih perlu dibenahi karena dengan alokasi anggaran dan dukungan sarana prasarana dari pemerintah pusat, penyuluh KB diharapkan dapat lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam melaksanakan program ini.
