Engery-saving buildings are not always high-cost, the construction needs to consider not only the cost of construction, but also the consumption cost in use. We adopt new energy conservation materials and remarkable management mode to reduce the cost of energy-saving building, and fight to get the most benefit with the least investment, in order to master sovereignty in the fierce competition of energy-saving construction market, and to promote the sustainable development of energy-saving building.

At present, with application scope enlargement of GPS, traditional positioning method can't meet the growing performance requirements more and more. So kalman filtering theory is applied to national defense and civil enterprise in satellite navigation and it has very important significance.

Simulation system of cement production process can provide background information on production process and hints to problem solving, urge students to analyze problems and handle fault by themselves, and discuss fault handling results with teachers. With its application in Teaching of Cement Thermal Technology Equipment, teachers can set fault simulation to train students’abilities of parsing problem and actual operation, which is an effective teaching method.

This paper builds sample analysis data sets through the analysis of specific commands behavior in command behavior experiment, and selects typical commanders as reference sample, proposes a command pattern classification model based on k-means clustering algorithms. The command model calculation is simple, easy for computer implementation, and is of great significance in understanding and mastering specific commanders characteristics, and application to practical operations and training.

This paper directly adopts evidence reasoning formula to calculate sensor information fusion result. The amount of calculation and calculation time delay increase with the increasing number of target found, uses two recursive calculation ways of evidence combination to calculate results, and proposes a fusion algorithm based on matrix analysis, using matlab software and C language programming to realize the method and calculate by an example. The results prove that the fusion result calculated by the method gets the same result as that of evidence reasoning synthesis formula, but the time needed for calculation will be reduced.
