The sample was a sputtered iron by aluminium substrate at variations of 60 o C to 180 o C with 3 hours of deposition time. The research result showed that some colour changing those partially golden yellow mix with red, blue and some of the grey. Micro-hardness was tested using MXT70 model and showed that the maximum hardness level at the temperature of 100 o C is 113%. However, at temperature 180 o C the hardness level decreased. The resistivity and conductivity were determined by four points probe method. It was known that the resistivity decreases up to (66 ± 3) x 10 -5 Ω/m and the conductivity increases (147 ± 65) (Ω/m) -1 at temperature 180 o C and they tended to be linear and it has been the best measurement result. Abstrak PendahuluanKarakteristik suatu bahan dapat ditinjau dari sifat fisisnya diantaranya kekerasan, resistivitas, konduktifitas, porositas bahan tersebut. Untuk substrat bahan jenis logam mempunyai sifat ketahanan terhadap deformasi yaitu deformasi plastic atau deformasi permanen. Sifat tersebut selanjutnya disebut sebagai kekerasan suatu bahan, antara lain kekerasan goresan (scratch hardness), kekerasan lekukan (identation hardness) dan kekerasan pantulan (rebound).Bahan yang mempunyai sifat unggul diantaranya lapisan tipis. Aplikasi lapisan tipis di bidang mekanika bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekerasan (hardness), ketahanan terhadap keausan dan anti korosi. Dalam pembuatan lapisan tipis terdapat sejumlah metode yang telah dikembangkan hingga saat ini yaitu implantasi ion, penyulutan ion (surface coating) serta sputtering [3].Penggunaan metode sputtering untuk pendeposisian akan mudah menghasilkan lapisan tipis dari bahan yang mempunyai titik leleh tinggi 1345 0 C dan lapisan yang terbentuk akan mempunyai komposisi yang serupa dengan bahan pelapis [1]. Dan agak sulit jika dibentuk dengan metode implantasi ion, penyulutan ion (surface coating). Disamping itu pada metode sputtering dapat divariasi waktu, tekanan, dan suhu.
Abstrak – Telah dibuat alat Mini Roller Coaster (Miroco) untuk percobaan dalam menghitung percepatan ditinjau dari energi mekaniknya. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan pipa besi, plat besi, aluminium foil dan mobil lego sebagai benda yang dapat divariasi massanya. Miroco sebagai media dalam menjelaskan konsep percepatan dan gaya gesek pada benda dengan memvariasi massa ditinjau dari energi mekanik. Dengan alat ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi miskonsepsi pada peserta didik dalam pokok bahasan usaha dan energi. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode ekperimen. Diperoleh hasil bahwa besarnya massa benda mempengaruhi energi kinetik yang menyebabkan penurunan percepatan pada benda. Hal tersebut terjadi karena lintasan kasar sehingga mengakibatkan besarnya massa benda mempengaruhi nilai gaya gesek antar kedua bidang yang bergesekan. Semakin besar massa suatu benda semakin berkurang percepatannya dan sebaliknya. Percobaan yang kami lakukan memiliki tingkat ketelitian rata-rata sebesar 99,76%. Tools and materials used were iron pipes, iron plates, aluminum foil and car legos as objects of varying mass. Miroco as the media in explaining the concept of acceleration and friction on objects with varying mass as viewed from mechanical energy. By using this, the students’ misconceptions in the subject of force and energy were expected to be overcome. This study uses an experimental method. The results obtained show that the mass of the object affects the kinetic energy which causes a decrease in acceleration on the objects. This happens because of rough trajectory causing the magnitude of the mass of the object affects the value of the friction force between the contact planes. The greater the mass of an object on trial of the Miroco, the greater it reduced acceleration or vice versa. In the experiments done have an average accuracy of 99.76%. The quality of education was the main condition to realize advanced, modern, and prosperous nation’s life which was determined by the quality of human resources. The quality of human resources itself was determined by the quality education at the basic, intermediate or advanced level. The education plays a key role in the effort to educate the nation lifes. The physics of mystery was an inspiration and new inovation of problem solving on the physics science learning to respond the challanges in welcoming MEA. To produce inovation learning, all of the learning components that include teachers, students, teaching materials, the achievments of competency, and learning evaluation need to be innovated. The point was the innovative physics science learning was learning that could equip accompaniment effects learning that include higher level thinking and generic phiysics science skills. A wide variety of advanced technology was the result, such as the technology of tranportation which made the humans could travel from one place to another easily and quickly. The technology would not be possible to develop andcreate without the fundamental of knowladge that supports it. The fundamental of knowladge was none other than science, particularly physics. In this paper, it would be shown about the new inspiration of innovative of physics learning as the problem solving of physics concept. It was the physics of mystery. The secret behind this inspiration could be one of solution to overcome the student difficulties in undertanding of physics concepts easily and quickly and also to respond the challanges of global competition (MEA).

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan oleh Prodi Pendidikan IPA dan Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa dengan tujuan untuk: membantu kesulitan guru dalam menyusun menulis karya tulis dengan menggunakan Mendeley Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Tahfidzqu Deresan Yogyakarta pada bulan November 2017. Pelaksanaan pelatihan mendeley berupa kegiatan workshop, diskusi dan praktik.
