Fetal distress is a disease that is very dangerous for the fetus because it can dispute a dangerous disease. It is a causative factor in which sectio caesarea is taken. Objective To fetal distress in section caesarea in RSUD (Regional Public Hospital) Banyumas. This research is was a Documentation Analysis using a Retrospective approach. The sampling technique with a total sampling of 80 respondents. The analysis was statistical descriptive. Most of the respondents 63 (78.8%) are in the reproductive period, 42 (52.5%) respondents are multipara, 67 (83.8%) respondents are housewives, 68 (85 , 0%) respondents are in gestational age, and 29 (36.3%) respondents are graduated from Junior High School. Most of the inpatients, 25 (31.3%) respondents are patients with undeveloped parturition. Fetal distress in the hospital is mostly caused by five cases, namely undeveloped parturition, early water break, gestational age of PEB, and irregular DJJ as well as oligohydromion.Keywords: Fetal distress, Sectio Caesarea
Introduction: Stunting among children still becomes a public health problem that needs serious attention. Stunting often occurs in 1000 days of a child's life. Some factors often cause stunting, such as lack of knowledge and nutrition for children. Aim to study the correlation between mother's nutritional knowledge and behavior in providing nutrition for children under two years old and the prevalence of stunting in Banteran Village, Sumbang District.Methods: This study is an analytical observational study with a case-control study design. The population in this study was 210 people. The research sample was 68 respondents taken by proportional random sampling technique. Research instrument for measuring height by measuring height/age with a z-score on the Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) chart. Data analysis was done by chi-square test.Results: The correlation between the level of nutritional knowledge of mothers and the prevalence of stunting based on the Chi-Square test results obtained p = 0.015 OR = 0.246. There is a significant correlation between the mother's nutritional knowledge and behavior and the stunting prevalence among children under two years old (p = 0.014; OR value = 0.284).Conclusion: There is a correlation between mothers' level of nutritional knowledge and the prevalence of stunting in Banteran Village, Sumbang, Banyumas Regency.
Masalah utama rendahnya pemberian ASI di Indonesia adalah faktor sosial budaya dan kurangnya pengetahuan ibu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor budaya dan tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan pemberian MPASI dini. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Sampel adalah 40 ibu yang terdiri dari 33 responden ibu yang sudah memberikan MPASI dini dan 7 ibu yang memberikan MPASI pada bayinya setelah usia 6 bulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value = 0,000 (< α = 0,05). Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara faktor budaya dan tingkat pengetahuan dengan pemberian MPASI dini pada bayi di Desa Pengalusan Kecamatan Mrebet Kabupaten Purbalingga.
Introduction: Patients with chronic kidney disease must be able to undergo hemodialysis therapy, medication, fluid restriction, and diet. Self-efficacy of patients is needed so that all therapies can work well. Besides, family support is no less important so that patients are confident and able to undergo self-management. Method: This research is a quantitative study using, a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was 48 respondents. The research instrument used a family support questionnaire and self-efficacy questionnaire. Moreover, the questionnaires had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were then analyzed using spss 16 software of Pearson correlation test. Results: Most respondents, as many as 18 patients (37.5%) were between 46-55 years old, female were 28 patients (28.3%), married were 44 patients (91.7%), had primary school education were 21 patients (43.8%), and most of the respondents did not work, as many as 33 patients (68.8%). The bivariate analysis results between family support and self-efficacy showed a p = 0.00 with a strength of 0.783 relationships. Conclusion: There is a strong relationship between family supports for self-efficacy, so that patients with chronic kidney disease need family support.
ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Gizi Seimbang adalah susunan pangan sehari-hari yang mengandung zat gizi dalam jenis dan jumlah sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh. Tujuan :Untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Booklet ‘Piring Untuk Bumil’ Tentang Gizi Seimbang Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Ibu Hamil Trimester I. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Jenis penelitian Pre-experimental desain dengan metode one group pretest-postest design. Hasil Penelitian :Penelitian menunjukan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum diberikan booklet ‘Piring Untuk Bumil’ adalah 6.75 dan sesudah diberikan booklet ‘Piring Untuk Bumil’ adalah 14.84. Sedangkan sikapnya sendiri rata-rata sebelum diberikan booklet ‘Piring Untuk Bumil’ adalah 4.81 sedangkan rata-rata sesudah diberikan booklet ‘Piring Untuk Bumil’ adalah 9.36. Hasil penelitian menggunakan media booklet terjadi peningkatan skor pre-test maupun post-test. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah diberikan booklet ‘Piring Untuk Bumil’ tentang gizi seimbang pada ibu hamil Trimester I.
