The results of the observation showed that there were still many students in histology subjects who did not yet have critical thinking competencies and maximum histology concept. The purpose of this study was to find out how project-based learning through blended learning can develop critical thinking skills and student histology concept. This type of research is classroom action research. The sample of this study was students of class C histology class 2018/2019 as many as 35 students of Malang Muhammadiyah University. The research method is in the form of observation, interviews, and tests. The learning management system used in this research blended learning uses Edmodo. The results showed that there was a change in the improvement of critical thinking skills and student histology concept from cycle I to cycle II. Critical thinking skills in the cycle I showed that 23% were complete and 77% were non-complete, while the cycle II was 80% complete and 20% non-compete. Critical thinking skills from cycle I to cycle II increased by 57%. Histology concept in the cycle I found 69% complete and 31% non-complete, while the cycle II was 100% complete and 0% non-complete. Histology concept from cycle I to cycle II increased by 31%. Based on this, project-based learning through blended learning can develop critical thinking skills and student histology concept.
Abstract:Introduction: sexual and reproductive rights in individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID), particularly in developing countries, are often neglected. Although affected individuals never complained, the problems were found augmented from the affected families. Over the last two decades, parents and professionals acknowledged sexual and reproductive right and try to accommodate these needs. Indonesia, a developing country with a strong religious and culture beliefs may has different perspectives on attitudes towards sexuality in individuals with ID which respect the sexual and reproductive right augmented from the affected family. The aimed of this study was to explore the attitudes towards sexuality on individuals with ID. The findings are expected to contribute to the movement in recognizing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in individuals with ID. Methods: thirty participants were included in this study consisted of supporting staffs of rehabilitation center for disabled individual, parents, religious leaders and community. Participants fulfilled the two sets of Attitude to Sexuality Questionnaires towards individuals with ID (ASQ-ID).Results: the attitudes towards sexuality in males were found similar with females with ID, age did not play a role in the attitude towards sexuality in ID. Indonesian attitudes towards sexuality in individuals with ID was found the most conservative compared to other countries with the mean of sexual right was 3.7±0.22, parenting was 3.5±0.30, nonreproductive sexual behavior was 3.4±0.49, and self-control was 3.4±0.73.Conclusion: the attitudes towards sexuality in individual with ID is somewhat negative, strong culture and religious beliefs /and values may have strong influence.
Latar belakang. Masalah resistensi antibiotik di Indonesia sudah mengkhawatirkan. Penggunaan antibiotiksecara bijak merupakan kunci utama pengendalian resistensi.Tujuan. Penelitian bertujuan meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas penggunaan antibiotikdi Bangsal Kesehatan Anak RS Dr. Kariadi dan menguji apakah kualitas dapat ditingkatkan denganpelatihan.Metode. One group pretest and post test subjek adalah 22 dokter yang merawat pasien kelas III, mengikutipelatihan penggunaan antibiotik, dan dapat ditelusuri resep antibiotik yang dibuatnya dalam 6 bulansebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Variabel tergantung adalah skor kualitas penggunaan antibiotik berdasarkanmodifikasi Kunin dan Gyssen. Variabel bebas adalah pelatihan, pengetahuan, sikap, faktor pendorong, danfaktor penghambat. Pengetahuan dan sikap diukur dengan kuesioner. Analisis statistik bivariat menggunakanUji χ2 dan Mann-Whitney. Analisis multivariat untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh pelatihan dan faktorfaktorlain terhadap kualitas peresepan antibiotik dengan GEE.Hasil. Diantara 1365 resep antibiotik yang dievaluasi didapatkan penggunaan antibiotik tanpa indikasi setelahpelatihan berkurang dari 42.3% menjadi 23,2%, dan penggunaan antibiotik yang tepat meningkat dari 36,2%menjadi 58,2%. Rerata skor kualitas pengunaan antibiotik meningkat dari 2,0 menjadi 2,8. Perubahanperubahanini bermakna (p<0,05). Pelatihan berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas penggunaandokter, faktor-faktor lain tidak memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap kualitas penggunaan antibiotik.Kesimpulan. Pelatihan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas penggunaan antibiotik.
The research aims to determine: (1) the ability to use vocabulary and sentence structure class X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng District Bantaeng, (2) the ability to write a paragrafh description Bantaeng, and (3) the effect of the ability to use vocabulary and sentence structure to the ability to write a paragrafh description class X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng District Bantaeng. The research data such as the results of tests of vocabulary and sentence structure in the form of written tests of vocabulary and sentence structure of each of 50 numbers and descriptions essay writing test. The data source is a class XI student of SMAN 2 Bantaeng District Bantaeng. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the ability to use the vocabulary class X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng District Bantaeng and average value is 38.27, while the ability to use sentence structure average rating: 37.86. (2) The ability to write essays description of the class X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng District Bantaeng average value is 38.92 and (3) no effect between the ability to use vocabulary and sentence structure to the ability to write a paragrafh description of the class X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng District Bantaeng.Keywords: vocabulary ability, sentence structure, andthe ability to writea paragrafhdescription AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengkaji kemampuan menggunakan kosakata dan struktur kalimat siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng, (2) Mengetahui kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi Bantaeng, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan menggunakan kosakata dan struktur kalimat terhadap kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Data penelitian berupa hasil tes kosakata dan struktur kalimat dalam bentuk tes menulis kosakata dan struktur kalimat masing-masing sebanyak 50 nomor dan tes menulis karangan deskripsi. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X.I SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan menggunakan kosakata siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng dan nilai rata-ratanya yaitu 38,27, sedangkan kemampuan menggunakan struktur kalimat nilai rata-ratanya:37,86. (2) Kemampuan menulis karangan deksripsi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng nilai rata-ratanya yaitu 38,92 dan (3) terdapat pengaruh antara kemampuan menggunakan kosakata dan struktur kalimat terhadap kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng.Kata kunci : kemampuan kosakata, struktur kalimat, dan kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi 78
