The internal variables that can increase productivity and income, including schooling, age, arable land size and the number of dependents and the experience of agriculture and social status are all linked to the identity of farmers. The aim of this study is: (1) Empirically demonstrate that the age of farmers is influenced by rice farming income in the village of Ngkaringkaring, subdistrict of Bungi and city of Baubau; (2) empirically demonstrate that there is an impact on rice crop income in Ngkaringkaring Village and Bungi Subdistrict and Baubau City on farmers ' education; (3) Demonstrate empirically whether the number of dependents of the farming family has an impact on the income of lowland rice farming in Ngkaringkaring Village, subdistrict of Bungi, the city of Baubau; (4) Demonstrate empirically whether farmers ' experience has an impact on the income of lowland rice farming in Ngkaringkaring Village, subdistrict of Bungi, Baubau City; (5) (5) To prove empirically whether farmers have an impact on the income of lowland rice farmers in Ngkaringkaring Village, subdistrict of Bungi, Baubau City; (6) To prove empirically whether the social status of farmers has an impact on the income of rice farming in Ngkaringkaring Village, subdistrict of Bungi, Baubau City. The technique used is a multi-linear regression method. The results of this study are: (1) The level of education and area of arable land and the effect of income on lowland rice farming with a probability value of 0.000 each well below 0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H2 and H5 accepted; (2) Age, farming experience, number of family dependents and social status do not affect rice farming income, as each has a probably. (3) The identity of the respondent farmers (age, level of education, farming experience, number of family dependents, area of arable land and social status) together contributed 96.4 percent to the income effect on lowland rice farming, while the remaining 3.6 percent were affected by other factors. The role of a woman is very important not only to take care of domestic life, but almost all activities in various sectors including farming, achievement motivation can lead a woman to succeed in living her life, but there is also within a woman the fear of success. This study aims: (1) To analyze the effect of achievement motivation on the performance of farmer women in Ngkaringkaring Village; (2) To analyze the effect of fear of success on the performance of women farmers in Ngkaringkaring Village; (3) To analyze the influence of achievement motivation and fear of success together on the performance of farmer women in Ngkaringkaring Village. This type of research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis The population of this study were all farm women who worked in the agricultural sector, amounting to 125 people. The sample of this study was 92 respondents. The results showed that the significant value for the variable of achievement motivation and fear of success on the performance of peasant women in the Seke Subak organization both partial and simultaneous tests gave a significant value smaller than 0.005, so there was an influence, but the fear of success had an influence and was marked negative. This is influenced by the dominance of the family of the peasant woman who requires not taking too long to take care of work outside the home.
This study aims to describe the development of the M-PBL strategy with the ADDIE pattern (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluate) and test its validity and practicality. The research involved two basic chemistry lecturers and 35 chemistry education students from Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) for the 2020/2021 academic year. The instruments were validation sheets and teaching instruments (lesson plan, worksheet, and ability assessment; 2) lecturer and student perception questionnaires and observation sheets on the implementation of the M-PBL strategy to test the product's practicality. Testing the validity of the development product (M-PBL strategy Design and its tools) found that all products were in the very high category. The practicality of the M-PBL strategy based on the perceptions of two lecturers was 100%, giving a positive response, while the student's perception was 94.6%, giving a positive response. The implementation of the stages of the M-PBL strategy is carried out with a high category of student activities. Thus, the product is declared feasible and acceptable based on its validity and practicality.
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tinjauan Yuridis terhadap Silariang Menurut Adat Suku Kajang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan karena kajian penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari wacana kajian tentang sosiologi hukum yakni hukum adat. Adapun sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah bersumber dari data primer yaitu data yang bersifat empiris yang diperoleh dan bersumber secara langsung dari informan melalui wawancara secara langsung dan data sekunder yaitu data yang bersifat normatif. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya Silariang berdasarkan hukum adat suku Kajang adalah, faktor pendidikan, faktor stratifikasi sosial, faktor keluarga,faktor ekonomi, serta faktor adanya perkembangan pergaulan bebas. Adapun akibat hukum bagi pelaku Silariang menurut masyarakat Desa Batunilamung adalah Pertama, Pokok Babbala artinya sanksi yang paling berat, Kedua, Tangnga Babbala artinya sanksi yang sedang dan Ketiga, Cappa Babbala artinya sanksi yang paling ringan dendanya. Jadi untuk memberikan sanksi bagi pelaku pelanggar adat tergantung dari pelanggarannya.
