Capital shortage is one the main problems faced by the agribusiness actors. To solve these problems, the government launches a Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) with direct public grants (BLM) awarded as the capital for farmers to improve rural economy eventually leading to growth and development of Agribusiness Micro Finance Institution (LKM-A) in rural areas. This paper aims to: (1) review the development strategy of the LKM-A that supports farming system effectively, (2) formulate alternative government policies to support development of LKM-A. The federations of farmers' groups (Gapoktan) implementing PUAP in 2008 and 2009 have been developing LKM-A. The presence of LKM-A facilitates farm financing. In the future, Gapoktan should improve LKM-A through socialization, better coordination among stakeholders, increasing LKM-A capital, purchase of farmers' production, and facilities and infrastructures enhancement.
The increasingly widespread of the Covid-19 virus in various countries worldwide has suppressed global economic growth, including Indonesia. The pandemic also impacts on agricultural sector especially on food production, distribution, consumption, and potential for a food crisis. The agricultural sector is the last sector that can withstand any shock. This paper aims to bring information impacts the Covid-19 outbreak has on the agricultural sector, and propose strategies and action for the Indonesia Government in maintaining the stability of the agricultural sector during and after Covid-19. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis by describing the phenomena that occurred in the agricultural sector as an impact of Covid-19. The increasing spread of the Covid-19 outbreak has led to a decline in the performance of the agricultural sector. Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on reducing production by 5% due to distraction on the distribution but at the same time, food needs have increased by 5% due to panic buying and decreased import by 5% due to limiting exports. In addition, it also affects the food supply chain, and the threat of food insecurity due to the spread of Covid-19 to villages that are food producers and an increase in unemployment. Therefore Reorienting policy and programs in agriculture and ensuring availability of facilities and assistance for stability stock and the price is required.
Kontribusi industri kakao bagi perekonomian Indonesia sangat besar. Diantaranya sebagai kontributor penerimaan devisa negara yang dapat diandalkan. Disamping itu, masih menjadi andalan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja, terlihat menjadi sumber pendapatan bagi sekitar 1,7 juta kepala keluarga petani yang sebagian besar berada di Kawasan Timur Indonesia (KTI), juga berperan dalam mendorong pengembangan wilayah dan pengembangan agroindustri. Untuk mengoptimalkan potensi tersebut diperlukan suatu pendekatan dan desain pengembangan kakao yang tidak saja diarahkan pada upaya meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman semata, tetapi peningkatan efisiensi, nilai tambah produk, daya saing, dan kemandirian bidang industri juga harus menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari aspek pengembangan kakao nasional. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas konsep pendekatan dan desain pengembangan kawasan kakao berbasis inovasi dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing kakao Indonesia di pasar internasional, serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk mendukung desain pengembangan tersebut. Pengembangan Kawasan berbasis inovasi dan berdaya saing, bukan saja dalam wujud teknologi, namun sesuatu yang dapat menyebabkan perbaikan atau menjadikan lebih baik, lebih sederhana, lebih murah, dan lebih mudah. Inovasi dimaksud yakni inovasi cara/teknik/metode. Desain pengembangannya, memfokuskan pada 4 pilar: (1) mekanisme delivery teknologi; (2) sumberdaya; (3) rantai pasok; dan (4) lembaga.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak tambahan modal terhadap kinerja agribisnis padi pada petani yang menerima prorgam PUAP dan non PUAP dari perspektif penggunaan input, struktur biaya dan pendapatan pertanian. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April – Juni 2014. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Patok Beusi dan Ciasem, Kabupaten Subang, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah petani anggota yang berusaha tani padi sawah, melalui pendekatan “with and without” PUAP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bantuan tambahan modal usahatani dalam hal ini melalui program PUAP, mampu memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan penggunaan input, struktur biaya dan pendapatan usahatani. Kata Kunci : Pemakaian Input, Struktur Biaya, Pendapatan Usahatani, PUAP ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the impact of additional capital on the performance of rice agribusiness on farmers receiving PUAP and non PUAP programs from the perspective of using inputs, cost structures and agricultural income. The study was conducted in April - June 2014. The research location was in Patok Beusi and Ciasem Districts, Subang Regency, West Java Province. The unit of analysis in this study is member farmers who are trying to farm lowland rice, through the "with and without" PUAP approach. The results showed that the provision of additional assistance in farming capital in this case through the PUAP program, was able to provide a significant effect on increasing the use of inputs, cost structure and farm income. Kedai Mandiri is a restaurant on Jalan Gatot Subroto No.40 Malabar Bandung, West Java which serves food and beverage culinary sales, Kedai Mandiri still uses the medium of delivering information on simple food and beverage menu data and services where the system runs on restaurants that are still semi-computerized. So that the sales of food and beverage products and services are still not optimal. In terms of the problems faced, then how do you apply Electronic Customer Relationship Management to Kedai Mandiri sales that can explain the fabric in detail so that the product menu and services received can be immediately responded to by customers so that they can access the required information data anytime and anywhere, related one to respond to this by creating a website-based sales E-CRM application at Kedai Mandiri using a prototype method approach that develops it by demonstrating the concept, design experiments and look for various problems and solutions to resolve misunderstandings between customers and developers in stages. This application can be expected to help the problems experienced by the Kedai Mandiri restaurant, and the system can be further developed using a mobile application.
