An accuration code of diagnosis disease should match ICD-10 classification. The accuration of diagnosis code of eye diseases at Malang Eye Center Clinic by using code list in excel program was 30%. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the coding of eye diseases before and after using the application of Desktop-based Eye Disease Codes, at Malang Eye Center Clinic. The research design used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the One Group Pretest Posttest approach. This research used 200 outpatient medical record documents (MRD) of eye disease (100 MRD for pretest and 100 MRD for posttest), that were taken using simple random sampling method. The percentage result of the accuracy of the codification of eye disease diagnosis using a desktop-based application is 96%. The results showed that there was a difference in the accuration of diagnosis code of eye diseases before and after using the application of Desktop-based Eye Disease Codes (the Z calculated value was -4.76). This application can be used as a tool for coding officers to code eye diseases at the Malang Eye Center Clinic
<p>Covid-19 merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernapasan dan disebabkan oleh virus SARS-Cov2. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di TPQ Nurul Hidayah dapat diketahui bahwa siswa tidak pernah mendapatkan edukasi dan ditemukan 72,4% siswa yang tidak menggunakan masker serta 36,5% siswa tidak mematuhi social distancing.Tindakan pencegahan penularan dengan 5M merupakan hal penting yang harus dilakukan mengingat ancaman serius yang dapat ditimbulkan. Kepatuhan terhadap tindakan pencegahan penularan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik. Pemberian edukasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada siswa TPQ Nurul Hidyah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalis adanya pengaruh edukasi dengan buku saku elektronik terhadap pengetahuan siswa TPQ Nurul Hidayah tentang pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Eksperimental rancangan pre-test post-test control group design. Hasil Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan (p value 0.000) penggunaan media buku saku elektronik dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada siswa TPQ Nurul Hidayah. Hasil Uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang siginifikan (p value = 0.000) antara edukasi menggunakan media buku saku elektronik dengan edukasi menggunakan media leaflet. Untuk peneliti lain sebaiknya melanjutkan dengan menguji confounding variable dan menguji ulang validitas dari instrumen agar hasilnya lebih baik.</p>
Completeness of medical information is very supportive in determining the accuracy of the diagnosis code for each disease. The correct diagnosis code determines the value of the claim following the tariff pattern that has been determined by the insurance company. Diabetes mellitus is a disease that is in the top 10 diseases in Indonesia, so research in this field is important. The analysis of the relationship between the completeness of medical information and the accuracy of the diabetes mellitus diagnosis code is the purpose of this study. The research design used correlation analytics with the cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 68 medical record documents with diabetes mellitus cases in January-August 2021. The research sample used the entire population, namely 68 inpatient medical record documents. The results showed that complete medical information was 39 medical record documents (57%) and incomplete was 29 medical record documents (43%). The accuracy of the correct diagnosis code for diabetes mellitus is 17 medical record documents (24%) and the incorrect code is 51 medical record documents (76%). Based on the results of the Chi-Square statistical test, the results obtained p-value = 0.023, which means p-value <0.05 so H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant relationship between the completeness of medical information and the accuracy of the diabetes mellitus diagnosis code. As conclusion, the completeness of information in medical record influence the accuracy of diagnose, specifically in diabetes mellitus cases (p-value = 0.023) Therefore, medical record officer plays important roles for the completeness of the documents
Activity of determining the disease code and writing the diagnosis must be in accordance with the correct medical terminology and the classification rules that apply in Indonesia, namely ICD-10 in order to get the right and accurate code. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the accuracy of writing a diagnosis and the accuracy of the diagnosis code in obstetrics and gynecology cases at Rumah Sakit Tk. IV DKT Kediri. The method used in this research is analytic research with cross sectional approach. Based on Slovin's formula, the sample used was 100 medical record documents of inpatients. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used observation with a checklist instrument. Data on the accuracy of writing the diagnosis and the accuracy of the diagnosis code were analyzed univariately, while the relationship between the accuracy of writing the diagnosis and the accuracy of the diagnosis code was analyzed using SPSS with Chi-Square test. The results showed that the accuracy of writing the diagnosis was 56%, the accuracy of the diagnosis code was 43%, and there was a relationship between the accuracy of writing the diagnosis and the accuracy of the diagnostic code for obstetrics and gynecology cases at Rumah Sakit Tk. IV DKT Kediri (p < 0.025).
Berdasarkan data, perilaku CTPS di Kota Malang masih cukup rendah (62,92%) sebelum dan sesudah beraktivitas. Beberapa anak usia SD di RW.03 Kelurahan Samaan masih ditemukan tidak mencuci tangan setelah melakukan berbagai aktivitas. Selain itu, terdapat pula beberapa anak yang mencuci hanya membasahi tangannya saja. Maka anak usia SD perlu diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunkan media yang menarik daya tariknya yaitu menggunakan media video. Penelitian iini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan tindakan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media video serta pengaruh edukasi menggunakan media video CTPS terhadap pengetahuan dan tindak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain rancangan pra-eksperimen one group pre–post test dengan sampel 30. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat dengan menampilkan nilai mean masing-masing pengetahuan dan tindakan. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan perubahan pengetahuan dan tindakan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi menggunakan media video. Tingkat pengetahuan kategori baik 0% meningkat menjadi 83%, sedangkan pada tindakan dengan kategori baik 1% meningkat menjadi 47%. Hasil mean pengetahuan 38.4 sebelum diberikan intervensi menjadi 90.6 sesudah seberikan intervensi, sedangkan hasil tindakan nilai mean 43.9 sebelum diberikan intervensi menjadi mean 76.6 sesudah diberikan intervensi. Hasil uji paired t test menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pengetahuan dan tindakan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi signifikan (p-value 0.000). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan tindakan serta pengaruh media edukasi video tentang CTPS pada anak usia SD.
