ABSTRAKKecurangan terhadap produk label halal palsu disebabkan tidak terbukanya proses produksi halal secara menyeluruh di dalam supply chain dari hulu sampai hilir. Oleh karena itu dalam menjaga integritas produk halal perlu dilakukan penerapan traceability halal pada Supply Chain makanan sebagai tool yang efektif dalam menjamin kehalalan produk dan memastikan bahwa produk makanannya aman. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan membuat model sistem Traceability halal Supply Chain dalam menjaga integritas produk makanan halal. Metode yang digunakan dalam memodelkan sistem traceability halal supply chain dengan pendekatan Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). Adapun elemen sistem traceability halal supply chain meliputi halal procurment, halal manufacturing, halal logistik, halal distribusi, supplier traceability, producer traceability, logistik traceability, distribusi traceability. Hasil pemodelan ISM dalam menjaga integritas produk halal terletak pada Quadran IV Driver Power yaitu halal manufacturing, Producer traceability, supplier traceability, Quadran III Strong Driver-Strongly Dependent Variabel (Linkage), elemen sistem Traceability halal Supply Chain yang termasuk masuk dalam quadran ini akan mendukung keberhasilan integrity produk halal dan memiliki ketergantungan yang kuat sebagai penggerak, quadran ini meliputi halal procurment, distribusi traceability, halal logistik. Sedangkan sistem traceability halal supply chain yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap integrity produk halal masuk Quadran II Driver Power yaitu: logistik traceability dan halal distribusi. Indonesian government requires all products distributed and traded in Indonesian territory are halal certified. However, the ability of Small and Medium Industries (SMI) to implement this law of halal product assurance is relatively low. For this reason, it is crucial to review the application of halal assurance policy on the sustainability of fish ball SMI since fish ball grinding process is usually performed in public places, so that it is relatively risky to be contaminated with non-halal product. The objective of this research is to establish halal product assurance policy model and its impact on the sustainability of fish ball SMI. The approach used to review SMI policy and sustainability model was system dynamics simulation method supported by Vensim™ software. System Dynamics simulation generates two scenarios; the first scenario was fish ball SMI that applies halal assurance, and the second scenario was fish ball SMI that does not apply halal assurance and standard under the competitor. The simulation result showed that halal assurance gives better market share value that leads to the increasing operational cost variable, followed by the significant increase of business cash and better sustainability in the business. Therefore, the SMI actors will be able to comprehensively understand their obligation to comply with the government regulation which stated that all products distributed in Indonesia are required to have halal certification and it should be able to keep the sustainability of fish ball SMI.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kehilangan kendaraan pada kampus Universitas Panca Marga, mengetahui sistem keamanan analisis kelayakan miniatur Sistem Parkir di Universitas Panca Marga serta mengetahui prosedur penerapan pemasangan sistem keamanan analisis kelayakan miniatur sistem parkir di Universitas Panca Marga. Berdasarkan penelitian dan perhitungan analisis yang telah dilakukan, nilai NPV (Net Present Value) sebesar 8.341.063 menunjukkan bahwa proyek miniatur sistem perparkiran di Universitas Panca Marga memiliki kelayakan sehingga proyek sistem perparkiran tersebut dapat dijalankan. Nilai PP (Payback Period) sebesar 2.005 menunjukkan bahwa proyek sistem layak dikerjakan dengan investasi awal kembali dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun. Oleh karena itu, saran yang dapat diberikan untuk Universitas Panca Marga adalah dapat menerapkan kebijakan tarif parkir agar dapat menghasilkan kelayakan finansial dan meningkatkan nilai pendapatan.
