Abstract A lot of institutions depends at present on the systems database operations and their daily activities, thus providing a means for the maintenance of permanent data can refer to it at any time, as well as to search and to modify the data easily. in this paper to determine the security challenges in the databases, and requirements necessary to address those challenges in the data value to provide security base, and to determine the security rules and know the weaknesses that can be exploited any information in a manner not allowed, when he must protect the database to make sure of the following purposes: confidentiality, integrity and continuity. One of the solutions used in this research to protect databases, and encryption of sensitive data, and adjust the system databases, and updates the database systems and we review some of the ways to address these challenges in the security databases.

The methodology used in the research uses the slide program presenting them through a data show device using video, audio, images, and texts, With Which was measured by the results obtained from the tables. As well as the design of an interactive video channel on YouTube and editing using the (Camtasia Studio 9). The large and organized educational process implementation thing the response of the channel's participants was measured by students from the Institute of Technical Trainers in the Department of Electrical Techniques for the first phase of the computer applications and four Classes in the computer lab. By analyzing the results obtained found that the participation rate in the educational program exceeded 74.6% around the rate of watching and interacting with the scientific subjects reached 82.6% Program and channel for the last 60 days.

The results show that 75.07 % of the system’s response to the data available in the database that designed and will reduce the effort and time by searching for wanting criminals, and a criminal history in the virtual stations, that used in the city Related a large population density. New data access, the management system has been developed from the master database designed for this purpose and we can retain and retrieve data as needed.
