This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT Harian Waspada Medan. In this study using an associative approach that looks for the relationship between leadership and motivation on the performance of employees with the object of research are permanent employees at PT Harian Waspada Medan. Testing is done by Multiple Regression by passing the classic assumption test first, then testing the hypothesis partially with t test and simultaneous with Test f. Then look for the coefficient of determination to see how much the percentage of the variance in the independent variable affects the dependent variable. The results of the study state that partially and simultaneously both independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the value of the variation of the coefficient of determination is the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
The purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.
ABSTRAKPerkembangan dunia usaha produk kerajinan tangan saat ini cukup berkembang pesat ditandai dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan produk kerajinan tangan antar daerah, untuk itu pengusaha kerajinan tangan Aceh harus menunjukkan daya saing yang tinggi terhadap produk daerah lain dengan cara melakukan strategi pemasaran yang baik. Generasi Y merupakan segmen pasar konsumen yang penting di masa depan karena peningkatan pertumbuhan generasi ini semakin pesat dan juga merupakan kelompok berpenghasilan tinggi. Sehingga generasi Y telah menarik perhatian beragam kelompok penelitian dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi generasi Y tentang produk kerajinan tangan Lhokseumawe. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran angket diperoleh hasil bahwa : persepsi generasi Y di kota Lhoksumawe terhadap kerajinan tangan produk lokal secara garis besar masih cukup dengan kualitas yang kurang dengan harga yang ditawarkan relatif mahal. Pembelian produk kerajinan tangan lokal ini hanya sebagai pemberian oleh-oleh atau cinderamata untuk memperkenalkan daerah Aceh dan masih belum menjadi budaya yang memperlihatkan kecintaan akan produk daerah. This paper focuses on risk-return performance analysis, comparative between Islamic funds and indices against their conventional benchmark. This study do not show the empirical result study, on the other hand this study simply evaluate the performance of Islamic fund in Indonesia using analysis of Islamic paper in Indonesia. Following international result, the objective of this study is to know the performance Islamic investment risk-return profile and risk adjusted return measures whether Islamic funds outperform, underperform, or similar performance against the conventional benchmark. This perspectives study showed inconsistency results while some evidences analyzed in Indonesia do not supporting the portfolio theory. The stakeholder might be able to be selecting their consideration of investment decision by using the meta analysis of this study. Therefore, from this conceptual paper the Indonesian perspective of Islamic index describes performance different than conventional benchmarking.
