Poverty is an important indicator to see the welfare of a country. Papua is a province in Indonesia that has the highest number of poor people. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the level of poverty in Papua Province, so that it can be a reference for the government in efforts to overcome poverty, especially in Papua. This study uses quantitative research methods and uses secondary data obtained from the annual report of the Province, the Director General of Balance, Ministry of Finance, and BPS Papua Province. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results show that there is a significant effect of General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund on Economic Growth, while Regional Original Income does not have a significant effect on Economic Growth. Other results also show that Economic Growth, Regional Original Income, and Special Allocation Funds have a significant effect on poverty, while the General Allocation Fund does not have a direct effect on poverty. The results of the mediation test show that economic growth is not able to mediate the relationship between the variables of the General Allocation Fund, Regional Original Income and the Special Allocation Fund on Poverty.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of communication marketing on school principal loyalty through brand trust. The approach in this research was quantitative. The data were obtained through a questionnaire with the Likert scaling technique. The population and sample in this study was 45 principals of high school, vocational and Aliyah private schools in Binjai and Langkat district. The sampling technique was accidental sampling was 45 respondents. The results showed that 1) marketing communication has a significant effect on brand trust. 2) Marketing communication has no effect on principal loyalty. 3) Student brand trust has a significant effect on the principal's loyalty. 4) Marketing communication has a significant effect on principal loyalty through brand trust.
Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Herang Hanjuang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung kepada 30 karyawan CV Herang Hanjuang Bogor. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa Uji Instrumen yaitu Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier bergand, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu: Uji Statistik t, Uji Statistik, dan Uji R2. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 6.386 + 0.522 X1 + 0.728 X2.Berdasarkan Uji T menunjukkan diketahui nilai sig untuk pengaruh X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.004 0.05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 3.111 nilai ttabel sebesar 0.052. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H00 ditolak dan Ha0 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X1 terhadap Y.serta Diketahui nilai sig untuk pengaruh X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.001 0.05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 3.832 nilai ttabel sebesar 0.052. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H01 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X2 terhadap Y. Uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikasi untuk pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.000 0.05 dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 13.277 Ftabel 3.34 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H02 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y.Nilai R square sebesar 0.496 hal ini menggandung arti bahwa pengaruh variabel independent yaitu Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Iklim Organisasi (X2) secara simultan terhadap variabel dependent yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 49.6%.Kata Kunci: Motivasi dan Kinerja.
The purpose of this study is to determine the application of tax planning PPh Article 21 at PT Tiara Insani Persada and its impact on the paid Corporate Income Tax. This research is qualitatively carried out by analyzing the calculation of employee taxes using three methods and adjusting to the current regulations. The data is processed by a descriptive analysis test, namely by collecting and clarifying existing data. Then analyze the data to provide an accurate picture of the state of the company. The research results are that PT Tiara Insani Persada has not implemented tax planning according to applicable regulations so the corporate income tax rate that must be paid becomes very large. After-tax planning following applicable regulations, PT Tiara Insani Persada managed to save the tax burden it owed
The more advanced the times and changes in the pattern of human life, the human needs also change especially primary needs, one of which is food and drink. One of the businesses providing fast food is the catering business. Shinta Catering is a catering business that is classified as superior and has good potential to continue to grow rapidly. But on the other hand, Shinta Catering experienced a decline in sales. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of the culinary business strategy applied by Shinta Catering. The analysis used is descriptive analysis to get an overview of the company's environment related to the Opportunities, Threats, Strengths, and Weaknesses of Shinta Catering and formulating strategies using the SWOT matrix. Quantitative descriptive analysis using EFE, IFE, and IF. And the data that has been collected is then analyzed using a descriptive approach, namely the approach used to analyze the questionnaire data by describing the questionnaire data that has been collected as it is. The results of the research from a SWOT analysis combine two factors in a company. The results of the SWOT analysis on the Shinta Catering Depok business from both IFAS and EFAS matrices show that the SO strategy has the highest value among the ST, WO, WT, and SW strategies and it can be seen that the position of the Catering business in Depok is in quadrant 1 by implementing an aggressive strategy. from a marketing point of view. This position is a very favorable situation for Shinta Catering, where the business has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of opportunities in the catering business
