The trend of millennial Muslims is currently learning religion through online media. The challenge is not all religious information in online media follows the wasathiyah source of Islamic teachings. Thus, Islamic boarding schools as religious institutions must seek to provide religious information through da'wah's digitization. To meet the need for digitizing da'wah, Islamic boarding schools can take advantage of productive waqfs, such as the Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. The purpose of the study was to obtain an overview of the use of Productive Waqf as the capital of Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in the digital da'wah movement. The results showed that the development of the digital da'wah movement through the use of productive waqf at the Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School was carried out in several ways, including strengthening Islamic boarding school management resources by forming an exceptional team with multimedia capabilities from content planning, editing, and publication on social media. In addition, through productive waqf, Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School also facilitates the provision of adequate digital infrastructure and a particular multimedia room for producing digital da'wah content. The development of a digital da'wah movement through productive waqf at the Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School is also carried out by selecting a dai capable of religious, scientific capacity to present quality and interesting da'wah content, especially for Muslim millennials.

Foundation Waqf of Baitul Hidayah is a waqf institution under The Institution Baitul Hidayah. During three years of operation The Management of The Institution has been less than optimal. This research aims to find a solution for the development and management of The Foundation Waqf of Baitul Hidayah. The Title of Research is "Development Foundation Waqf of Baitul Hidayah through Repair Management and Legality Institution". A Descriptive-analytic-participatory method was used in This research .The objectives of this program are: (i) Making a work plan for 2018, as reference activity management endowments at Foundation Waqf (ii) Restructuring manager endowments at Waqf Foundation (iii) It has legality management waqf through the submission process sand advocacy licensing. The results achieved are: (i) Waqf Foundation has established a work plan for 2018 plan working 2018, and (ii) Initiated legal management endowments (in process).

Abstract. Adolescence is a dangerous period, because this period is a transition from childhood to maturity which is often marked by a crisis of identity. This phenomenon is common among adolescents, so that irregularities often occur. One of the efforts to prevent and overcome these irregularities is through the Merpati Putih Pencak Silat martial art. The Merpati Putih training center in the city of Bandung is a place for fostering and training athletes who are talented in sports and have the potential to be developed into outstanding athletes, which includes physical and spiritual activities so that athletes have commendable morals and social behavior. This study aims to determine the coach's persuasive communication in fostering morals and social behavior of Merpati Putih athletes in Bandung. The research method used in the effectiveness of persuasive communication in fostering morals and social behavior of athletes is to use quantitative methods, and the theory used is persuasive communication. By using data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the trainer's persuasive communication in fostering morals and social behavior of athletes is quite effective. Data from the research results show that the trainer's persuasive communication has an influence on the morals and social behavior of the Merpati Putih athletes in Bandung. Abstrak. Masa remaja merupakan masa yang berbahaya, karena masa ini merupakan transisi atau peralihan dari masa kehidupan anak-anak menuju kedewasaan yang sering ditandai dengan krisis jati diri. Fenomena ini sudah umum terjadi pada kalangan remaja, sehingga sering terjadinya tindakan penyimpangan. Salah satu upaya dalam mencegah dan mengatasi penyimpangan tersebut ialah melalui beladiri Pencak Silat Merpati Putih. Pemusatan latihan Merpati Putih kota Bandung adalah wadah pembinaan dan pelatihan atlet yang berbakat olahraga dan potensial untuk dikembangkan menjadi atlet berprestasi, yang meliputi aktivitas fisik dan kerohanian agar terbentuknya atlet yang memiliki akhlak dan perilaku sosial yang terpuji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi persuasif pelatih dalam pembinaan akhlak dan perilaku sosial atlet Merpati Putih Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam efektivitas komunikasi persuasif dalam pembinaan akhlak dan perilaku sosial atlet ialah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan teori yang digunakan adalah komunikasi persuasif. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, efektivitas komunikasi persuasif pelatih dalam pembinaan akhlak dan perilaku sosial atlet cukup efektif. Data dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, komunikasi persuasif pelatih memberi pengaruh terhadap akhlak dan perilaku sosial para atlet Merpati Putih Kota Bandung.
