Employability skills are an important issue that must be considered more deeply in the world of work.  It is related to TQM and employee performance in an organization.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of TQM and employee performance on employability skills at UPTD BLK Disnaker Semarang City.  The target of this research is graduates of training participants at UPTD BLK Disnaker Semarang City.  This study used a quantitative research method with an ex post facto research approach by distributing questionnaires.  The data that has been obtained is then analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis.  This study resulted in the finding that TQM and employee performance have a positive influence on employability skills.  The implementation of the training process is accompanied by the application of TQM and good employee performance from the UPTD BLK Disnaker City of Semarang, so the employability skills of graduates of the training program will also increase.  The importance of the contribution of all parties involved in the training process is able to encourage increased employability skills of the trainees.  The benefits of research for the development of knowledge are adding references to empirical evidence regarding studies and discussions regarding the influence of TQM and employee performance on employability skills.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mahasiswa dalam mengatasi pandemic Covid-19 dengan mengedukasi kepada masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, tekstual, file dan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Virus corona atau severe a cute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) ialah virus yang menyerang system pernapasan. Penyakit ini mengacu pada penyakit yang mudah menyebar melalui udara dan permukaan mealalui tetesan udara orang yang sedang terinfeksi corona virus. Salah satu keputusan pemerintah untuk mempercepat melawan pandemic Covid-19 ialah dengan Pembatasan sosial massal atau dikenal dengan PSBB Pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat meliputi penutupan sekolah dan kantor, pembatasan kegiatan ditempat ramai atautempat umum, dan pembatasan khusus lainnya yang berkaitan dengan masalah keselamatan. Penting bagi kita untuk menjalani pola hidup bersih dan sehat, kecil kemungkinan kita akan terkena penyakit yang tidak di inginkan. Pencegahan pencemaran dan pencegahan penyakit solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan rekomendasi tentang pentingnya perilaku hidup sehat, serta menjaga gotong royong dalam membersihkan lingkungan. Kebersihan lingkungan menjadi inti dari seluruh masyarakat Indonesia untuk meminimalisir penyebaran virus tersebut. Idealnya, mahasiswa menjadi panutan dalam masyarakat berdasarkan pengetahuan, tingkat pendidikan, norma penerapan, dan pola pikir yang berada di sekitarnya.

This study aims to describe the learning activities of social entrepreneurship and the impact of community empowerment as a manifestation of community empowerment in the management of tourist villages. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were the village head, batik craftsmens, batik makers and several community leaders as informants. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation methods. The validity of the data uses sources triangulation, methods, and theories. Data analysis techniques through the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed the creation of interactions between craftsmens and batik maker who have established patron-client relationships. Batik craftsmens are involved in business collaboration, realized joint efforts in marketing batik products, which are centered in one batik showroom. Internet usage in Indonesia is increasing. The majority of user's access using Android-based smartphones. This is supported by the number of smartphone users which is expected to continue to increase since 2016. This is the background of researchers in developing Android-based information systems. Based on observations at the Faculty of Education UNNES, information media used include: websites and social media. This study aims to determine: (1) the development of an Android-based information system, and (2) the feasibility of an Android-based information system at the Faculty of Education UNNES. The development model used is Waterfall, namely: communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Based on the feasibility assessment by the media validator, it shows that the application got a value of 87.5%. This shows Android-based information systems Faculty of Education UNNES very feasible for use in a p r OSes dissemination of information.
