ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah menemukan data dan fakta yang mendukung bahwa kegiatan membaca lebih baik daripada menonton dalam meningkatkan skill berpikir kritis seorang anak. Penulisan artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis sumber baik dari buku, artikel ilmiah dari berbagai jurnal untuk mencari teori dan data-data yang mendukung. Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini adalah bahwa Jika anak hanya terbiasa menonton maka kemampuan menulisnya tidak akan sebaik anak yang gemar membaca. Dengan kegiatan membaca imajinasi seseorang bisa semakin terlatih dibanding dengan yang sekedar menjadi penonton. Dan anak yang gemar membaca keterampilan berpikir kritisnya lebih terasah daripada anak yang hanya menonton.
: Study about the development of learning videos has often been carried out to observe the effectiveness of media on learning activities. This study aims to: 1) know the process of developing learning videos as one of the learning media with Sustainable Development Goals subject (SDG’s), 2) know the level of validity of learning video development, and 3) know the impact of using learning videos for seventh-grade students on Junior High School level in three different places, namely MTsN 1 Blitar, MTs Ma'arif Udanawu, SMPN 3 Srengat. This research uses the ten-step research and development (R&D) method developed by Borg and Gall. Data collection is based on observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive statistical analysis. The effectiveness of the use of learning video media is carried out with validity and reliability tests. The results of the study tested the validity of learning videos on media experts and material experts by 82.3%, 84.2%, the elementary school of social studies teachers in three schools respectively 82.5%, 86.6%, and 97.1%, small-scale respondents by 84%, and large-scale reliability test by results with Cronbach alpha values of 0.796, 0.924, and 0.941 (Cronbach alpha>0.6). The results of the study can be concluded that media video learning value is very valid used as a learning media.
this aim of the research was to analyze the implementation of elementary school sport club management in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research was a qualitative research. Research population consisted of elementary school club in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Research sample was determined by the application of random sampling technique, which was derived from two elementary school sport clubs -Bintang Timur and Bima Sport. Research subjects were the club leader, second club leader, secretary, money treasurer, facility and infrastructure division, training division, competition division, and public relation. Research instruments used were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis method used in this research was the qualitative analysis method. Findings convey that after investigation of the management of the sport clubs -Bintang Timur and Bima Sport, their planning management, organizing, and controlling had been well conducted, but there were several aspects that should be improved due to limited certified instructor resources and lack of fund in the Bima Sport Club.
