Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (4) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance as mediator organizational commitment PT. Andalas Berlian Motor Branch Simpang Empat. The population in this researchis were all employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, the sampling technique is total sampling technique with a sample of 31 employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat. Based on the results of this research is concluded that (1) Organizational justice have significant effect on employees performance of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (2) Organizational justice have significant effect on organizational commitment of employees PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (3) Organizational Commitment have significant effect on employees performance of PT. Purpose - This study aims to determine the suitability of the level of perception and expectations ofthe patients with the services provided Padang Panjang Hospital and to determine whichservices should be prioritized to be improved. In addition, the aim was also to determinethe priority level competitive when compared with its peers. The calculation result of Servicequality analyze that all of attributes have gap score average -0.38. Results of priorityattributes with analysis Importance of Performance Analysis include: 6 attributes with the highest gap score: 1) Health workers respond to services immediately when needed(-1.21), 2) Completeness of supporting facilities in hospitalization (bed, chair, air conditioner, etc.)(1.06), 3) Hospitals have clear health service information (0.83), 4) Cleaning Service is always available(-0.63), 5) Waiting time for transaction services at the cashier fast and accurate(-0.59), and 6) Conformity of the results of services obtained with those that should be provided at the inpatient installation(0.47).This priority will be input to the hospital as a consideration to improve service quality. Health services in Indonesia are still constrained by the low performance seen in the HDI rating of 121 out of 186 countries. Based on HDI, West Sumatra is ranked 9th at the national level, but there are still considerable differences between regions. Since decentralization of health has been introduced, disparities among regions have been sharpened due to the different health resources of each region. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of health services of all district / city governments in West Sumatra. Data analysis using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results showed that the level of efficiency of interregional health services in West Sumatra province is classified as 60%.
The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational. The populations in this research are the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Padang which consist of 128 employees. The samples were selected using Clustered Proportional Sampling which the total of the samples are 97 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was analyzed using multiple reggression analysis. The presence of professional teachers is one of the most important elements of education. Professional teachers are the deciding factor in the quality education process. Teachers are expected to perform their duties to educate, teach, and evaluate the students in achieving quality education. The Government always strives to improve the professionalism of teachers, one by providing incentives to teachers who have the professionalism in carrying out their duties. This form of incentive is teacher certification. Nevertheless, the Government's efforts have not been able to produce teachers who have the competence to expect. Padang State University as one of the university hat produce the future teachers as their graduates, certainly takes an important role in producing future teachers who have good professional competence. Along with the times, the demands of professional competencies that must be owned by the prospective teachers in the era of the 4.0 industrial Revolution are increasingly complex. Although the role of teachers as educators, teachers, and advisers in schools will not be replaced by the presence of technology, future teachers should upgrade their professional competencies according to the needs of the times, in order to be Produce human resources that are not only qualified but also appropriate. Nowadays, the existence of pre-service teachers in the era of 4.0 not only required to possess the material mastery skills but also must have critical and innovative thinking skills in problem-solving, communication skills and collaborative information and communication technology that will be expected to be integrated into the learning process. One of the linear learning models with 4.0 demands is the ICARE model. ICARE stands for Introduction, Connect, Apply, Reflect, and Extend. The stages of ICARE learning begin with the introduction of material to students. The implementation of this model is believed to improve the professional competence of students as a economics pre-service teachers in Era 4.0
