Literacy is the ability to understand, analyze, and deconstruct media imager. In other words hoaks can also be interpreted as an effort to distort the facts using information that seems convincing but cannot be verified. Hoaks can also be interpreted as an act of obscuring the real information, by flooding a media with the wrong message in order to cover up the correct message. One of the efforts to increase media literacy is through the implementation of Community Service in the form of discussions and the provision of knowledge held at the PKBM 26 Bintro. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh sumber daya manusia (SDM) khususnya di sekolah adalah tuntutan percepatan beradaptasi dalam menghadapi perubahan zaman, karena perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah membuat banyak perubahan besar dan cepat dalam kehidupan khususnya di era industri 4.0, sehingga kemampuan SDM di Sekolah harus terus ditingkatkan agar dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul dan mempu bersaing. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakt (PkM) yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen-dosen Tetap Yayasan (DTY) dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan/pembekalan teori, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadinya interaksi yang sangat aktif antara peserta dan pemateri dimana peserta semangat dalam menyimak materi serta berperan langsung dalam mempraktekkan teori-teori mengenai materi yang dipaparkan. Dari hasil kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan SDM sekolah dalam menghadapi revoluasi industri 4.0, hal ini terlihat dari adanya keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan internet dalam proses pembelajaran maupun lainnya yang merupakan salah satu ciri revolusi industri 4.0.
Abstrak-Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran kelompok kecil menggunakan media flash card terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh yaitu dengan cara semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi, observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan dummy variabel dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji "t" tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa t hitung > t tabel atau 4,554>1,995 maka tolak H o dan terima H α artinya ada pengaruh dari penggunaan metode pembelajaran kelompok kecil dengan media flash card terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Besarnya interpretasi pengaruh adalah 23,33% dengan kategori "Rendah" sedangkan sisanya sebesar 76,67% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidk dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
