The earthquake that occurred in Pasaman on February 25, 2022, has caused considerable losses to local residents. Thousands of buildings have been damaged and collapsed due to the earthquake, especially houses of residents, which in the field investigations are caused mainly by a lack of knowledge in building these houses. This study aims to identify the level of damage to houses damaged by the earthquake in Nagari Malampah, Pasaman District, West Sumatera. This research method is carried out by direct observation and investigation of the research location, then identifying the level of damage to residents' houses, by taking 10 samples of affected residents' houses. Of the 10 houses, the percentage of damage will be grouped based on the level of Light Damage, Medium Damage, and Heavy Damage, with reference to the Technical Guidelines for the Director General of Human Settlements, SNI 1726-2019, and PU Guidelines. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of the level of damage to houses that are lightly damaged ranges from 7.1% - 26%, the level of moderate damage ranges from 32.5% - 36.09%, and the level of residential buildings that experience severe damage (total collapse) ranged from 50% - 100%.
Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi pengetahuan dan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat Kelurahan Kandang Rt 08 Rw 02 KecamatanKkampung Melayu kota Bengkulu dalam pengolahan abon daun kelor dan jamur sawit. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan tanggal 01-07 November 2020 bertempat Jl. RE Martadina x (Gang Nur iman 3) RT 08 RW 02 Kelurahan Kandang ,Kecamatan Kampung Melayu, Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Wilayah kel kandang .yang dihadiri oleh kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Rangkaian kegiatan dalam pengabdian masyarakat yaitu perkenalan, penyampaian materi dan praktik pengolahan abon daun kelor dan jamur sawit.
Buah pedada (Soneraatia caseolaris) merupakan komunitas tanaman yang hidup di habitat payau. Buah pedada memiliki komponen steroid, triterpenoid, flavonoid, karboksil benzene dan memiliki sifat yang memiliki analgesik dan antiflamantori. Tepung mocaf adalah tepung yang terbuat dari singkong. Keunggulan dari tepung mocaf yaitu memiliki kandungan kalsium, fosfor, serta, kaya vitamin C, mengandung fitoestrogen yang berfungsi untuk mencegah menopause dini yang biasa terjadi pada wanita. Tepung mocaf berwarna putih, tidak beraroma singkong lagi, bertekstur lembut, lebih elastis ketika digunakan sebagai bahan untuk membuat kue salah satunya gelamai. Gelamai merupakan salah satu makanan khas dari Provinsi Bengkulu yang biasa dikenal sebagai dodol. Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang rendemen, uji organoleptic, karakterisitik mutu kima, fisika (tekstur) dan analisis usaha gelamai. Ada 9 perlakuan penelitian dengan substitusi tepung mocaf. Substitusi tepung mocaf yang berpengaruh pada warna, rasa dan aroma gelamai buah pedada. Rerata rasa gelamai buah pedada, tepung mocaf dan tepung ketan pada perlakuan 10;60;30 yaitu 3,35 (agak suka) dan perlakuan 20; 25:55 yaitu 4,25 (suka). Rerata warna gelamai dengan perlakuan 10:60:30 pada skala 3,40 (agak suka) dan perlakuan 30:20:50 pada skala 4,14 (suka). Rerata tekstur gelamai buah pedada pada perlakuan 10:60:30 pada skala 3,5 (agak suka) dan perlakuan 30:20:50 adalah 4,15 (suka). Karakteristik kimia gelamai buah pedada dengan substitusi tepung mocaf dengan rerata kadar air 39.75%, kadar abu0.58%, kadar protein 0.62%, kadar lemak 1.71%, kadar serat 1.28%, karbohidrat 65, 51% dan vitamin C 8.03 mg. Hasil analisis fisika gelamai buah pedada dengan substitusi tepung mocaf pada nilai rendemen menunjukkan nilai 49.50 sampai 50.50% dan analisis tekstur gelamai buah pedada dengan hasil perlakuan terbaik pada rerata 103 mm/g. Analisis keuntungan usaha gelamai buah pedada adalah Rp.8.302,000 dimana setiap Rp.1 yang dikeluarkan dapat menghasilkan keuntungan Rp. 1,299.
The research commonly used to apply blended learning to improve student independence and learning achievement. The research method used is a research method that is a mixed research method. Mixed Methods Research used qualitative and quantitative elements. Of the three types Mixed Methods Research used the Exploratory sequential, Which started of Action research brazes. PTK is carried out in several cycles untik the appropriate model is obtained. The result of the PTK class were tested in the experiment class and the control class. Implementing blended learning one that result of cycle 1 until cycle 3, applied at class XI IPS.1 SMA Country 2 Lebong Regencies as classroom action research. As class of experiment is braze XI IPS.2. and control class XI IPS.3. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted in three cycles, it is known that the teacher’s ability to apply the belnded learning model has increased during the implementation of the action. Independence and student learning chvievement in the classroom towards Indonesia Language lessons has increased. It points out that learning model implement blended learning can improve students’s independence and learning achievement on learning material, although yhe increase obtained is not as good as expected but still on significant category. That thing regarded by factors as ability of teachers, student characteristic, environmentally, and patterned thinking factor. This research also produced a generic blended learning model, which means that this learning model can be applied to other schools that have the same characteristics as the experimental class in this study
