This study aims to analyze the mathematics problem-solving process of high school students based on multiple intelligences. In research, multiple intelligence is divided into dominant linguistic intelligence, interpersonal and kinesthetic intelligence, dominant musical intelligence, logical-mathematical and naturalistic, existential, intrapersonal, and visual dominant intelligence. The type of research used in this research is descriptive exploratory, and the approach used is qualitative and quantitative approaches. Determination of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling based on multiple intelligences, to obtain 3 high school students of class X as research subjects. The research instrument used was a multiple intelligence test and two problem-solving tests adopted from the American High School Math Exam (AHSME) Problems and the Provincial High School Mathematics National Science Olympiad questions. The data obtained were analyzed, utilizing data reduction. The research results show that students with multiple different intelligence bits have different ways of solving them, but there are also similarities in solving problems.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah dan keefektifan pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran langsung pada pembelajaran bangun ruang sisi datar ditinjau dari ketercapaian standar kompetensi, motivasi, dan minat belajar di SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan pretest-posttest nonequivalent group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Negeri 4 Kertosono, Kabupaten Nganjuk dan diambil secara acak dua kelas sebagai sampel yaitu kelas VIII-E dan VIII-H. Untuk menguji keefektifan pembelajaran, dianalisis menggunakan uji one sample t-test. Untuk menguji bahwa pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah lebih efektif dari pada pembelajaran langsung, dianalisis menggunakan MANOVA yang dilanjutkan dengan uji t-Benferroni dan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan dianalisis menggunakan uji score gain ternormalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah efektif dan pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah lebih efektif daripada pembelajaran langsung, serta rata-rata skor gain ternormalisasi pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah lebih tinggi daripada pembelajaran langsung ditinjau dari penguasaan standar kompetensi, motivasi, dan minat belajar siswa SMP. Anastatica hierochuntica L. is well known as a traditional medicine which brings benefit to the final trimester of pregnancy by increase uterine contractions. This study aimed to analyze the effect of A. hierochuntica L. extract on the histology of myometrial cells and prostaglandin levels (PGE2 and PGF2α) of pregnant mice. The mice were divided into three groups: (1) control group, treated by 0.5% CMC solution 10 ml/kg bw/day; (2) two treatment groups that treated by A. hierochuntica L. extract with 100 and 150 mg/kg bw/day doses, respectively. Uterine tissue was collected for histological analysis and blood serum was collected to examine the PGE2 and PGF2α levels. It obtained that myometrial hypertrophy increased significantly in the treatment groups (p = 0.001) than in the control group. Moreover, there were significant differences in the PGE2 levels (p = 0.001) and PGF2α levels (p = 0.000) between the control group and the treatment groups. The 100 mg/kg bw/day dose had a greater effect on myometrial hypertrophy than 150 mg/kg bw/day, which resulted in a higher increase of PGE2 and PGF2α levels. Hence, it was concluded that the 100 mg/kg bw/day dose of A. hierochuntica L. extract was the appropriate dose for increasing prostaglandin levels.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan guided inquiry learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi operasi pecahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pra eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Shot Case Study Design. Data menunjukkan rata-rata skor observasi guru (peneliti) dan siswa sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil analisis ketuntasan belajar pada nilai rata – rata posttest 76,78. uji normalitas hasil belajar posttest memiliki taraf signifikansi 0,121 > 0,05 . Uji -t test one sample t test hasil posttest berdasarkan hasil perhitungan maka diperoleh thitung sebesar 8.953 dengan dk = n – 1 (28-1=27) dipe roleh ttabel sebesar 1.915. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yaitu nilai thitung > ttabel (8.953 >1.703), dengan besarnya taraf signifikansi 0.05, yakni (0.000 < 0.05) maka Hipotesis diterima , Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh guided inquiry learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi operasi pecahan di kelas III SD Inpres 103 HBM Kota Sorong
