The Effect of Product Quality and Price on Purchase Intention for Selancar Rice (Case Study on Housewives in Kota Baru Jalan Kapten Satar RT. 10 RW. 03 Lahat). This research was conducted on housewives located at Jalan Kapten Satar RT 10 RW 03 No. 25 Kelurahan Kota Baru, Lahat District. The research objective was to see the effect of the product and price on buying interest in surfing rice. The regression equation Y = 10.588 + 0.453 X1 + 0.339 X2 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The individual order of each variable with the most influence is the product quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.453 then the price variable with a regression coefficient of 0.339. Obtained t count variable product quality (X1) of 2.658> 2.011 and variable price (X2) obtained at 2.905> 2.011. This means that t is greater than t table, then H_0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Obtained an F calculated value of 7.009> 3.20 so that it can be ignored that there is a simultaneous (joint) influence between product quality (X1) and price (X2) on buying interest (Y) of surfing rice. Analysis of the coefficient of determination of 23% means that there is a very weak relationship between the independent variables and the related variables and the rest is 77%. By other factors that are not discussed in this study.
This research investigates the influence of turnover intention and compensation on employee retention levels in manufacturing companies in West Java. A sample of 110 participants was recruited from various manufacturing companies in West Java. The research findings indicate that turnover intention and compensation significantly predict employee retention levels. Turnover intention has a significant negative impact on employee retention levels, while compensation has a significant positive impact on employee retention levels. These findings suggest that manufacturing companies in West Java need to address turnover intention issues and provide fair and competitive compensation packages to their employees if they want to improve employee retention levels. The findings of this research can assist manufacturing companies in West Java in developing effective strategies to enhance employee retention levels.
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is influence Motivation and Promotion Position on Employee Performance In Regional Financial Agency of Pagar Alam City. This research is a type of explanatory research, because this research intends to explain the variables through hypothesis testing that has been formulated previously. The population of this research is civil servant apparatus with civil servant status and non permanent employee in the regional finance body which amounted to 152 people, with sample used as many as 30 people. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. From the results of multiple regression analysis got the value of the equation Y = 6.265 + 0.056 X1 + 0.744 X2 + e. The equation shows that the coefficient of Motivation (X1) and Promotion of Position (X2) has a direct influence with Performance (Y). Based on the results of the F test (Anova) obtained Fcount> Ftable is 15.096> 3.17, can be interpreted that Motivation and Promotion Position simultaneously significant and proven effect on employee performance. Then Motivation variable obtained t count <0.295 <2.042, mean motivation does not significant effect on employee performance, but variable of Promotion Position to employee performance is obtained t count> ttable that is 5,144> 2,042, means Promotion Position have significant effect to employee performance.
Persamaan regresi berganda untuk mengestimasi variabel terikat ( Prestasi kerja) dengan menggunakan seluruh variabel bebas ( Kompetensi dan Kepuasaan Kerja ) adalah sebagai berikut :Y = 15.949 +- 0.225 X 1 + 0.884 X2 + e.Tingkat hubungan antara variabel Kompetensi dan Kepuasaan Kerja secara bersama-sama dengan variabel prestasi kerja ditunjukan oleh nilai R sebesar 0.266. Hal ini berarti kedua variabel bebas tersebut memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan variabel terikat yaitu prestasi kerja. Hubungan yang terjadi adalah hubungan positif yang berarti searah, jika kedua variabel bebas meningkat maka prestasi kerja yang meningkat, demikian juga sebaiknya jika ketiga variabel bebas tersebut turun maka prestasi kerja guru juga turun.Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi ditunjukan oleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0.071. Artinya, kinerja (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel bebas (Kompetensi , dan Kepuasaan Kerja) dengan kontribusi 71 %. Sedangkan sisanya yang sebesar 29 % dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang berada diluar fokus penelitian. t hitung untuk variabel Kompetensi ( X1 ) sebesar -1.486 dan ttabel 0,05 atau -1.486 < 0,05 dengan demikian variabel Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang lemah terhadap Prestasi Kerja guru dan pegawai Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama ( SMP ) Negri 2 Pulau Pinang Kabupaten Lahatthitung sebesar -0.167 dengan ttabel 0,05 ( -0.167 < 0,05 ).
