Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) Leadership of Village Heads in Betao Village, Pitu Riawa Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) Community Participation in the Development Planning Conference in Betao Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang District. (3) Government Leadership towards Increased Community Participation in Delivering Development Planning in Betao Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive analysis. The population in this study were 72 people, namely BPD (Village Consultative Body), PKK Members, Hamlet Heads, Farmer Groups, Religious Leaders, Youth Figures, and Community Leaders. Sampling uses saturated samples for sampling techniques if all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques in this study used (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale with the help of the frequency table and the SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 16.0.The results showed that the leadership of the Head of the Village in Betao Village, Pitu Subdistrict, the District of Sidenreng Rappang with a percentage value of 49.46% with a category of "Fairly Good".While the indicator of community participation with a percentage value of 62,6 % with the category “ well implemented” Then government leadership on increasing community participation in Betao Village Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang with value t count> t table, or 9.850> 1.99 with a significant level of 0.00 or smaller than 0.05 or categorized as significant. This study aims to analyze the Application of E-Government in Realizing Transparency in Village Governance in Bulo Timoreng Village. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results show that e-government in transparency uses an implementation system. The implementation is by coordinating with the community to find out the problems or benefits that arise in the Implementation of E-Government in Realizing Transparency in Village Governance in Bulo Timoreng Village.
Impact or influence of siri marriage on government administration in Maiwa district, Enrekang Regency ". The research aims 1) To find out the siri marriage in Maiwa district 2) To find out government administration in Maiwa district 3) To find out the influence or impact of siri marriage on government administration in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative research with frequency table analysis techniques to determine the condition of independent and dependent variables namely siri marriage as a variable "X" and government administration as a variable "Y", while to know associative variables using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the siri marriage in Maiwa District was caused by adultery, divorce, polygamy and the number recorded in the last 3 years was 42 couples.--- 172Based on the tabulation of the frequency of government administration implementation in Maiwa district of 63.1; adultery, divorce marriage and polygamy have an influence on siri marriage at 69.8 percent while the influence of siri marriage on government administration using regression analysis is then processed using spss version 20.00 obtained R 2 or R square values from the summary table of 0.235 or 23.5 Siri marriage has an effect on government administration in Maiwa district, Enrekang Regency. While 76.5 percent is caused by other factors not examined.
This study discusses innovative governance which is an assessment of the acceleration and improvement of governance. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a unit of analysis for the regional government of Bantaeng Regency. The technique of determining the informants is done by purposive, data collection with in-depth interview techniques, observations, documentation, webinars, and online data. Data analysis includes several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, after the selected data is analyzed using Nvivo 12 plus, and then conclusions are drawn. The results showed that the factors that determine the success of local governance are (1) leaders & leadership, (2) institutions, (3) modernization of the public sector, (4) organized civil society, (5) democratic traditions or culture, (6 ) the level of public trust, and (7) factors of communication, coordination, and synergy. Building innovative local governance requires several strategies, namely community involvement, utilization of cooperation, integrated services, utilization of information technology, and decentralization. To accelerate governance innovation, it is recommended to apply a collaborative model between institutions/agencies and determine the theme in each program and activity.
Abstract The Effect of Community Participation on Human Resource Development in Ongko Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang University. The aim of this study; 1) to find out community participation in Ongko Village,2) to know the development of Human Resources in Ongko Village, 3) to determine the effect of community participation on Human Resource Development in Ongko Village, The research location was Ongko Village, The study was conducted for two months, starting March-May 2019. The population in this study was 267 families. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique and uses the Slovin formula so that the sample in this study amounted to 73 households. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis. The results showed that; 1) results of community participation of 70% included in the category of "good", 2) results of the development of Human Resources amounting to 76.8% which included the category of "good", 3) the effect of community participation on the development of Human Resources in Ongko Vilage is significant where the value of t arithmetic = 6,750> t table = 2,646 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. It can be said that the better the community participation, the more the development of Human Resources in Ongko Village, so that Ho is rejected H1 accepted.
