Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran IPS yang dilakukan secara berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik analisis data memakai triangulasi teknik yang mengkonfirmasi data berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menghasilkan temuan diantaranya pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi telah berhasil diterapkan oleh guru IPS. Guru menggunakan diferensiasi konten, diferensiasi proses, dan diferensiasi produk. Hasil pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memberikan dampak yang positif baik dari segi pengajar maupun peserta didik. Melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi guru merasa senang karena peserta didik lebih antusias dan mengena, hal ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk produk yang dihasilkan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sangat kreatif. Namun tantangan yang diterima oleh guru pada tahap diferensiasi proses, guru masih menemukan kebingungan saat membedakan bahan ajar yang harus diberikan pada peserta dididk yang bervariasi. Melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada kurikulum merdeka memberikan otonomi peserta didik untuk dapat mengekspresikan kemampuan belajarnya berdasarkan potensi dan minat yang dimiliki.
The research problem is to determine the ability of geography teachers in managing classes at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. This study used qualitative research methods with the research informants is geography teachers, amounting to 3 teachers with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) the skills to create a good learning atmosphere, the geography teacher of SMA Negeri 2 Tondano have provided instructions, given admonitions, gave verbal and visual attention and focused attention in learning, 2) the ability of class mastery in the learning process with steps the teacher does, namely creating good interactions, creating a good atmosphere, creating learning flexibility and instilling discipline, 3) the ability to manage the interaction of learning activities, the steps taken by the teacher, namely focusing attention in learning, providing clear instructions about learning, providing reinforcement, provide motivation, and give admonitions and organize the learning space, 4) classroom arrangement skills with the steps the teacher takes in relation to class arrangement skills in the form of arranging student seating positions and preparing students to receive lessons, arranging the location of facilities who are in the classroom and organize the study room.
The problems in this study are the declining condition of the plantations and palm plants, the uncertain income of the palm sugar craftsmen, the large number, the low educational background, the number of dependents that have to be financed by the head of the family and the government who is less active in supporting the economic activities of the craftsmen in Indonesia. Kalait Dua Village, South Toulongga District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine the socio-economic life of palm sugar craftsmen in Kalait Dua Village, South Toulua District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were direct observation, interviews, documentation and FGD (Focused Group Discussion). The informants in this study were 5 palm sugar craftsmen. The data analysis technique used was the Milles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed, 1) The condition of the palm tree plantations in Kalait Dua Village, South Touluing District, Southeast Minahasa Regency was classified both in its existence and productivity. 2) The income condition is classified as high, namely 2,000,000 to 4,000,000 per month. 3) The level of education is low. 4) The level of responsibility of the head of the family is relatively low. 5) The role of the government has not been classified as good enough.
