This study aims to determine how the effect of job satisfaction and employee loyalty on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. The research sample is employees at PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. This type of research is associative research, where variables are measured on a Likert scale. Data collection method is done by interview and questionnaire. In this study the sample used was 65 respondents. Data processing using SPSS 22.0. With descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. In the variable employee loyalty shows that there is a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan.
The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of debt to asset ratio (DAR) on the financial performance of the company, to know the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) on the financial performance of the company and to know the effect of debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) on the financial performance of automotive companies listed in IDX period 2015-2018. The population in this study was all Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Otomotive Sector as many as 9 companies and a sample of 9 companies with 4 years of observation amounted to 36 samples. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation. The results showed that debt to asset ratio (DAR) has partially no effect on the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially affects the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have an effect and significance on the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a value of R Square of 0.694 or 69.4% which means variations in financial performance are measured by return on equity (ROE) with debt to asset ratio (DAR) And debt to equity ratio (DER) while the remaining 30.6% of other variables not studied by this study , e.g. company size, liquidity of the company and other variables.
This study aims to determine whether the commitment of management, decision making authority, organization culture is partially affected and simultaneously to the accountability performance in government agency to improve government performance. This research method is to use a casual research design. The sample is determined by using the technique of purposive sampling.The population in this research are all employees of the Unit of work Tools (SKPD) Government of Deli Serdang. The sample used in this study is structural officials (Echelon 2, 3 and 4), with a total sample of 60. The data in this study is the primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed directly to the respondent. Data analysis model used was multiple linier regression. Testing the quality of data used is the test validity and reability testing. Classic assumption test was used for normality test, test heterokedastisitas, and tes multikolinearitas. Hypothesis testing using the determinant coefficient, simultaneous test (test-F), partial test (test-t).The results show that management commitment partially has a positive influence on performance accountability. Decision making authority partially has a positive influence on performance accountability. Organization culture partially has a positive influence on performance accountabilitypartially has a negative influence on performance accountability. Simultaneously commitment management, decision making authority, organization culturehave a positive and significant influence on performance accountability.
This study aims to determine “The Influence of Price and Product Differentiation Against Buying Decision Suzuki Satria Fu Motor Cycle at Suzuki Sunindo Amplas Medan Branches”. This type of research is associative is a research that is asking the relationship between two variables. And by using the technique of slovin formula, then the number of samples in this study as many as 111 the price variable has a positive and significant effect on buying decision variable has a positive and significant effect on buying decisionhence trust variable partially have positive and significant influence to buyng decisions. Based on F test result, it is obtained F count value of 2.908 2.694 with sig 0.013 0.05 , show Ho rejected and Ha accepted, meaning price and product differentiation simultaneously have positive and significant effect to variable buying decision. R Square value obtained of 0.834. To see the big influence of independent variable to dependent variable by calculating coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, So obtained KD= 83.40% of buying decision (dependent variable) can be explained by price and product differentiation. The remaining 16.60% is influenced by oter factors not described in this study.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, dan emosional terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun Lifeboy. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FEB UMA angkatan 2016 yang berjumlah 672 mahasiswa, dalam pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode random sampling sehingga dapat ditentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 mahasiswa. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan rumus analisis regresi berganda, dengan rumus : Y = a0 + b1x1 + b2x2 + e Dari hasil analisis data maka diperoleh persamaan analisis regresi berganda Y = 3,643++. Untuk mengetahui konstribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat digunakan koefisien determinasi dengan hasil 9,5%. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa pengaruh harga, dan emosional terhadap keputusan pembelian pada sabun Lifeboy sebesar 9,5%. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji signifikansi α sebesar 0,05, dan hipotesis diterima karena signifikansi penelitian < 0,05 (0,000<0,05). Kemudian hipotesis dapat dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t yang masing – masing membandingkan tabel dengan nilai F dan t hitung. Dari uji F diperoleh bahwa nilai F hitung > F tabel (6,918>2,68), dengan menggunakan hasil ini dapat dibuat kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh simultan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. ttabel digunakan untuk menghitung pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Nilai t hitung untuk variabel harga adalah 3,150 dan > 1,984 sehingga hipotesis untuk variabel ini diterima. Untuk variabel bebas kedua, emosional telah memperoleh nilai t hitung adalah 2,288 >1,984 dan hipotesis diterima. Kata kunci: Harga, Emosional, Keputusan Pembelian
