AbstrakPenderita Diabetes Mellitus (DM) sering mengalami masalah psikologis yang berhubungan langsung dengan beban dan kekhawatiran karena tuntutan penyakit. Diabetes distress merupakan kekhawatiran pasien tentang manajemen diri, dukungan keluarga, beban emosional dan akses keperawatan. Dukungan keluarga diperlukan dalam mengatasi kekhawatiran dan beban emosional pasien diabetes mellitus. Tujuan: Menganalisis peran dukungan keluarga terhadap penurunan tingkat diabetes distress pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Kota Padang tahun 2019. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental dengan pre dan post test control group. Pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling untuk mendapatkan 64 orang (32 orang tiap kelompok). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Diabetes Distress Scale (DDS-17). Hasil: Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon test menunjukan terdapat pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap Diabetes Distress (p=0,000). Simpulan: Dukungan keluarga berupa dukungan emosional/rasa empati dan dukungan penghargaan membuat pasien merasa lebih baik, diperhatikan dan dimengerti, merasa dimiliki dan dicintai sehingga pasien memiliki motivasi dan memperoleh kembali keyakinannya dalam menghadapi kekhawatiran karena penyakitnya.
In teaching and learning activities facailities and infrastructure is needed in order to support the smooth process of its activities , so that the management of facilities and infrastructure is needed by every agency , especially schools. Facilities and infrasrtucture are all things in the form of goods, both directly and inderectly supporting the implementation of the teaching-learning process. Facilities and infrastructure become an important part in supporting learning , because without the supporting facilities and infrastructure , the learning process cannot run optimally , therefore management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to realize effective learning. Educational efacilities are all equipment, materials, and furniture that are directly used in the education process at school, supporting facilities to achieve educational goals , for example : space, books, library, laboratory and so on. So educational infrasrtucture is all the basic equipment that does not directly support the educational process in schools.
This study aims to determine how the planning, implementation and evaluation of the aplication of the acroniym mnemonic strategy in MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, the data sources are taken from several informants using purposive sampling. The outhor uses is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate: First, planning including, preparation before learning the teacher prepares lesson plans, concept maps, prepares materials and teaching materials. Preparations before studying such as conditioning the study room free from garbage and saying greetings. Seconds, the implementation consists of introduction such as reading prayers before studying, taking student attendance. Core activities such as introducing value banks, reviewing material, giving motivation to students and closing, the teacher presents sub materals at the next meeting. Third, the evaluation of this activity is that the teacher calls studts to come to the front of the class and repeat the material that has been taught by the teacher in an oral test.
Self efficacy merupakan keyakinan yang menentukan bagaimana seseorang berfikir, memotivasi dirinya dan memutuskan untuk melakukan sebuah perilaku untuk mencapai tujuan yang dinginkan. Self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup pasien CKD yang menjalani Hemodialisa. Pasien dengan Self efficacy yang rendah mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola kualitas hidupnya oleh karena itu penting sekali dilakukannya Self efficacy training pada pasien CKD yang menjalani Hemodialisa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Puskesmas dikota Padang pada pasien CKD yang menjalani Hemodialisa hari Sabtu tanggal 22 Januari 2022. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang Chronic Kidney Disease, Hemodialisa dan tentang manajemen diet/nutrisi dan asupan cairan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dihadiri oleh 5 peserta. pasien yang hadir pada kegiatan berperan aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung, pasien mengajukan pertanyaan saat sesi diskusi setelah penyuluhan.
