Summary:A 62-year-old man had an acute myocardial infarction with successful thrombolysis. Coronary spasm was documented in the following angiographic study. This case demonstrated that coronary spasm is implicated in the pathogenesis of coronary thrombosis and subsequent myocardial infarction.
