Pada penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi, kualitas pelayanan, dan motivasi terhadap keputusan memilih produk tabungan emas di pegadaian syariah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah nasabah tabungan emas di pegadaian syariah cabang palu plaza.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket/kuesioner dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka  dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 sampel. Tekni pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Analisis data akan dilakukan setelah mentabulasi data kemudian melakukan uji validitas dan realibilitas lalu dilanjutkan dengan mengolah data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 16.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, sesuai dengan rumusan masalah dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih produk, sedangkan promosi dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih produk.Dari Kesimpulan diatas disarankan, pegadaianharuslah memberikan informasi yang  sangatjelas dan mudah dipahami oleh nasabah serta perlu adanya rasa perhatian yang bersifat  Individual oleh pegawai kepada nasabah ketika melakukan promosi baik secara langsung maupun dalam bentuk media/brosur.

This paper discusses the role of husband and wife in child care from Islamic perspective. This study uses qualitative methods and data was gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and written material. Data analysis was analyzed using grounded theory approach. The results show that parenting activities in the village of Tinggede are not only about rising children, but also about educating, guiding, and protecting children from childhood to adulthood in accordance with Islamic values, norms and culture. The parents expect their children can grow and develop naturally, harmony, and balance based on Islamic teaching. Parenting in Islamic law (hadhanah) is a responsibility of both parents who must get special attention from their parents in particular during childhood period. The authors conclude that parents should accompany their children with Islamic values and norms to inculcate religious behavior of their children.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to determine whether promotion has an effect on the interest of Islamic banking students in opening an account at the hammer branch of the muamalat bank and to find out how significant the effect of promotion is on student interest in opening an account at the hammer branch of the muamalat bank.Method - This study uses primary data, namely a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale as a calculation scale. The sample of this study was 485 students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Palu, Department of Islamic Banking from class 2016 to class 2018. To analyze the data, the authors used multiple linear regression methods and SPSS version 21. Result - Research result shows that the magnitude of the influence of the variable (X) on the variable (Y) is 0.388 or 38.8%. These results can provide an illustration that respondents (students) view that promotion can influence student interest in opening an account at a muamalat bank and promotion has a significant effect on student interest in opening an account at a muamalat bank. it can be seen that the promotion variable (X) has a value of tcount 3.783 t table 1.663 and has a significant value (sig) of 0.000 in the coefficients table with a value of α (significant level) 0.05. This means 0.000 0.05.Implications - This study is only limited to using data from several students in one university. Originality-. The difference with previous research is in the location and object under study.

The regulation change to the dispensation of marriage following the difference in the limiting age of marriage in Law Number 16 of 2019 is due to concerns over the increasing cases of underage marriages. This study aims to describe the procedures and considerations of judges regarding the reasons for filing a marriage dispensation case at the Tolitoli Religious Court and explain the relevance of maqasid sharia and sociological jurisprudence to the reasons for filing a marriage dispensation at the Tolitoli Religious Court. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach as an instrument in the research design and data collection through field research. The results of this research explain that legal considerations and considerations of community justice became the reason for the Tolitoli Religious Court judges when explaining the procedure and the reasons for filing a marriage dispensation case at the Tolitoli Religious Court and realizing protection for children both in terms of benefit and instruments of social change and reducing the prevalence of child marriage in Tolitoli Regency as a form of relevance between maqashid sharia and sociological jurisprudence towards marriage dispensation. The judge's consideration in granting the request for a marriage dispensation, either reviewed through maqashid shariah or sociological jurisprudence, needs to be studied more deeply so that the results of the decision from the application can help to realize a household life that is sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah because marriage is not only for oneself but also for other people called family.
