This research aims to determine the effect of Debt To Asset Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Current Ratio on Return On Equity in Mining Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018. Data testing was carried out using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that partially the Debt to Asset Ratio variable had no effect on Return On Equity, seen from the results of the significant value 0.271 > 0.05 and the tcount (1.119) < ttable (2.02809), the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has no effect on Return On Equity seen from the results of the significant value 0.362> 0.05 and the value of tcount (0.924) < ttable (2.02809), the Total Asset variable Turnover has a significant effect on Return On Equity seen from the results of significant values 0.000 <0.05 and tcount (4.696) > ttable (2.02809), and the Current Ratio variable has no effect on Return On Equity seen from the results of the significant value of 0.455 > 0.05 and the value of tcount (0.755) < ttable (2.02809), Simultaneously that the value of sig. F of 0.000 < significant level of 0.05 (5%) and the value of Fcount (6.259) > Ftable (2.64).This means that it can be concluded that the variables Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Current Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Equity. Adjusted Rsquare value or coefficient of determination is 0.350. This result means that 35.0% of the variance or change in Return On Equity can be explained by variations of DAR, DER, TATO and CR while the rest (65.0%) is explained by other causes outside this research model.
This paper is a concept of training program in entrepreneurship for the students of economic department in University Of Asahan. It is expected that they knows the importance of the role of entrepreneurship in improving the area development. The method that will be used is experiential learning method and the concept of literature study about entrepreneurship. The delivery in the form of lectures, focus group discussions that they can participate actively in this activity. In the training presented the material: the program of student creativity. After the activities are conducted, it is found that they are enthusiastic in following it, as evidenced that they can make the good proposal of business plan. It is one of the sustainable agenda for the preparing young entrepreneur in Asahan Regency.
This research aims to determine the effect of the Bank's Financial Ratios, namely BOPO, CAR, and NPL on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was 11 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. Data testing was carried out using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that partially CAR and NPL had no effect on ROA with values of -tcount > -ttable (-0.199 > -1.687) and -tcount > -ttable (-0.713 > -1.687), while BOPO had a negative and significant effect on ROA with -tcount < -ttable (-8,581 < -1,687) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously all independent variables BOPO, CAR, and NPL affect ROA with a value of Fcount > Ftable (26.355 > 2.87) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 66.1%, the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 66.1% above 50%. And the remaining 33.9% is explained by other variables outside this research model. Thus the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is accurate.
The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of cultural and psychological factors on the decision to purchase economic brand cream soap in Subur village, Air Joman sub-district, Asahan district, partially and simultaneously. Reseacrh method which applied in this research is descriptive and verification methods.Sampling technique applies is purposive sampling technique and the sample is 100 respondents. This study used multiple regression analysis methods, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination. The results of the study explain that simultaneously cultural factors and psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of economic brand cream soap, the partial hypothesis test results show that cultural factors have a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions and psychological factors have no and significant effect on economic brand purchasing decisions.Keywords: cultural factors; psychological factors; purchasing decisions.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur pengaruh faktor budaya dan psikologi terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun cream merek ekonomi di desa Subur kecamatan Air Joman kabupaten Asahan secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis, koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara simultan faktor budaya dan faktor psikologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun cream merek ekonomi, hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa faktor budaya berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan faktor psikologi tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian merek ekonomi.Kata Kunci: faktor budaya; faktor psikologi; keputusan pembelian.
