Granulomatous lesions of the nose, generalized arteritis and typical diffuse glomerulonephritis in the case are described. Short review on literatures and discussion concerning the entity of " gangraenous rhinitis " are made. The authors state that it is necessary to decide the nature of each case that is described clinically as gangraenous rhinitis, whether sarcoma or inflammation.
