Geography textbooks which are the main guide for students in the learning process must adapt to the learning objectives contained in the current curriculum by integrating 21st century skills and spatial thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the integration of 21st century skills and spatial thinking skills in geography textbooks for class X SMA/MA. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive approach. The source of the research data was in the form of a geography textbook for class X SMA/MA published by Erlangga by Yasinto Sindhu P. in 2016. Data analysis was carried out using the percentage technique. The results showed that 83% of textbooks integrated 21st century skills with very good criteria, and integrating spatial thinking skills with low criteria. As many as 50% of the questions in the integrated textbooks are non-spatial questions, 95% of the questions in the textbooks do not use representational tools and 55% of the questions are included in the input reasoning process.
