A simplified model of self-balance screen was constructed by using SolidWorks, and then imported into the Simulation to analysis its structure and modal. The stress distribution, deformation and structural natural frequency, mode shapes under static loads of the self-balance vibrating screen were calculated to provide theoretical basis for the following analysis of the dynamic characteristics and structure optimization design of vibrating screen.
With the continuous development of CNC technology, its application is more and more extensive. In recent years, the application of CNC technology in the area of stage also made great achievements. This paper detailed a scientific and reasonable scheme of acrobatic stage machinery and its control part, using CNC technology in acrobatic stage, through the corresponding algorithm and software realizing the operation and control of any trajectory in 3D space, taking advantage of intelligent editing function of screen running track, and compared with the traditional acrobatic stage , it gets more flexible, stronger strain capacity.
Further development of SolidWorks with VB is carried out in this paper. Program and dimension driving methods are utilized for parametric design to realize the automatic generation of three dimension component and engineering drawing in SolidWorks. Intelligent generation of drawing is achieved by adjusting the view scale of engineering drawing, generating view size and cutaway view in order to improve the design efficiency and quality.
The initial gap in electrochemical machining (ECM) is a significant affection parameter for ECM process and machining stability. A tool setting detection system based on LabVIEW technology has been designed to realize the rapid and accurate pinpoint between two electrodes since the initial gap of micro-ECM is usually only a few microns to tens of microns. The system can not only efficiently complete tool setting detection in micro-ECM, but also real-time monitor the change of processing current. 120 comparative experiments have been conducted to evaluate the erosion amount of workpiece material, the reliability, repeatability and positioning accuracy of micro-ECM process in the conditions of wet tool setting compared with dry tool setting. The experimental results have shown that adopting the tool setting detection system designed in this paper, the erosion rates of cathode and anode after 120 repeated wet tool setting experiments were only 0.21% and 0.02%, the positioning accuracy and repeatability can completely meet the requirements of tool setting in micro-ECM, and greatly improve the efficiency of the micro-ECM.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
