With the advent of the era of big data, Internet + has been included in national strategies, bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges to all walks of life. Higher education is no exception. Internet + education is a major subject that requires a lot of effort to think about in foreign language teaching in colleges and universities. As an essential carrier of network information resources, iPad features massive information, mobile convenience, and robust interaction, which is quite suitable for the teaching of various courses. In this paper, the possibility of using the iPad in Japanese literature translation courses to enrich the teaching modes and concepts is explored.

Foreign secretary is an international profession. With the strengthening of the trend of global economic integration, the foreign-related secretarial major is faced with many problems that need to be solved in terms of personnel training objectives and all-round improvement of personnel’s comprehensive quality. From the basic attribute of foreign secretary, its global industry attribute makes the degree of internationalization become one of the most important standards. This paper discusses the occupation characteristics.

Foreign secretarial major is not only a new major in adult colleges, but also a popular major. How to do well and make good use of this new major is an urgent problem for adult colleges and universities. Over the years, the author has known more than 30 adult colleges and universities in various regions and more than 20 enterprises, institutions of employment standards, found that the school training students and the current social needs of the talent standards there is a large contrast. Therefore, it is imperative to reform the teaching method and curriculum setting of foreign-related secretarial major.

With the continuous improvement of the degree of opening to the outside world, exchanges between countries are becoming more and more frequent. In order to better promote the extensive communication and cooperation with Japan in cultural and economic fields, it is necessary to fully respect the cultural and historical background of other countries in the process of translation, and make appropriate adjustments and transformations by using the perspective theory. Therefore, this kind of communication will greatly enrich and expand the connotation and extension of point of view transformation, so as to extend it to the practical translation work of various languages, so as to promote the further development of world economy, culture, education, science and technology.

In this paper, the development of new textbooks is taken as the first step, the modern information technology is used to establish a multidimensional stereoscopic teaching mode of “Cloud platform-assisted learning + students’ autonomous learning”, which has effectively improved the teaching effect of the Japanese audio-visual course. This paper is aimed to explore new ideas for building the digital course of “Audio-Visual Japanese’ based on the General Education Curriculum” cloud platform, to improve students’ Japanese listening and speaking skills effectively, and provide a reference for practical teaching and research in this field.
