The relevance of the study of the socio-psychological phenomenon of personal security in the era of post-modernism is due to the real problems of today's society, which at the present stage of state development are characterized by acute interrelationships between the requirements of social security as a factor of socio-political and national security and the real state of mental existence. associated with indicators of social well-being of the individual. The aim of the article is to prove that the concept of anxiety is a characteristic of social society in the era of postmodernism, preceding the need for security; to give a generalized concept of security in the era of postmodernism as a set of attributes; to identify indicators of psychological security as a complex polyfunctional phenomenon in the era of postmodernism. The article indicates that the choice of specific aspects of human security and the perspective of their consideration depend on the system in which man is included, such as the system "man - nature", "man - production", "man - technology", as well as social systems “man - man "," man - society "," man - state ". Three factors that determine human safety are specified: the human factor, the environmental factor and the security factor; and physical and psychological means of protection against dangerous situations.
The importance of knowing the processes of choice, decision-making is determined by the objective role that they play in the organization of human activity. An important feature of man is his unique ability to make decisions in the most difficult conditions of activity, which are characterized by high uncertainty, the presence of many inconsistent criteria, lack of time, high responsibility and more. The target effectiveness of the decision can be assessed only after its implementation, but the prediction of potential decisions is possible only if the study of its neuropsychological mechanisms. Cost-effectiveness is characterized by intellectual, physical, neuropsychological and material costs of decision-making. The non-standard situation, as a rule, seeks to reduce cost-effectiveness, because in this case the solutions are achieved by the exertion of intellectual, emotional and physical forces and is determined by the ability of the individual to act in such an environment. The neuropsychological mechanisms of such decisions are of interest to science in terms of ensuring the adequacy and timing of such decisions, which is hypothetically related to the morphological and psychoneurological characteristics of the subjects of action. In the context of our study, it is important to conduct a thorough psychological analysis of different types of unusual situations in the coach and find ways to improve the effectiveness of decisions, which primarily depends on the level of psychological readiness of the individual to perform its.
The application of police care as a completely new measure for Ukraine has been analyzed. This measure appeared on the list of preventive police measures (c. 11, Part 1 of the Art. 31), as soon as the Law of Ukraine “On the National Police” came into force. It has been substantiated that the research of police care is significant not only in the context of developing the mechanism of this measure, but also in the context of the problems of close cooperation and interaction of police agencies with citizens, territorial communities and public institutions on the principles of partnership and focus on addressing their needs, in particular, to ensure public safety. The analysis of existing research of the concept, content and significance of public safety and order has been carried out. It has been concluded that the term “public order and safety” is not legally defined at present time, but the analysis of regulatory acts and different views of scholars testifies to the homogeneity of the notions of “public order and safety” and “public policy and safety”. It has been stressed that the implementation of this preventive measure by the police is impossible without understanding the psychological aspect of this issue and taking into account the psychological state of a police officer. One of the most important components of this process, in the opinion of the author, is the observance of general rules of communication; a police officer during the communication with people also must comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine. It has been noted that although the content of the minutes on the use of police care is provided in Part 4 of the Art. 41 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Police”, but in practice there are a lot of questions regarding this matter, therefore its appropriate form should be approved. We offer to authorize a patrol police officer or a community police officer to have the right to execute a process-verbal. It has been concluded that the resolution of stated issues will contribute to the clear and effective implementation of the norms of the current legislation by the staff of the National Police. The deeper study of the issues of psychological components of both police care, and other preventive police measures has been defined as a perspective area.
The relevance of the study of the natural science training of future psychologists for the presence of neuroscientific knowledge in the content of education lies in the fact that neurosciences have penetrated all spheres of socionic areas of training and are a synergistic component for the humanitarian aspects of human psychology. The aim of our article is to investigate the content component of psychological education in the universities of Finland and Sweden in order to determine its relevance to the modern interdisciplinary humanities and natural sciences paradigm, in particular the application of neuroscience in the training of psychologists. It was found that the neurophysiological aspect of psychological education (in parallel with the environmental) at the universities of Finland and Sweden is implemented through the implementation of disciplines, focused on the study of the neurophysiological nature of higher nervous activity (compulsory disciplines) and mainly neurophysiological diagnostic and cognitively oriented selective disciplines. There is a difference in the approach to planning the training of future psychologists: in Finland, lists of variable disciplines are approved, in Sweden only compulsory subjects are regulated, and in the variable component students have full academic freedom. It has been established that higher psychological education in Sweden and Finland is fully consistent with the tendencies of today’s society, in which there is a "blurring" of boundaries between scientific fields and an orientation towards building a student's personal educational space.
