of vocational education of skilled workers in vocational training centres in German and partly reveals the characteristics of introducing and developing social partnership.
The relevance of the study of the socio-psychological phenomenon of personal security in the era of post-modernism is due to the real problems of today's society, which at the present stage of state development are characterized by acute interrelationships between the requirements of social security as a factor of socio-political and national security and the real state of mental existence. associated with indicators of social well-being of the individual. The aim of the article is to prove that the concept of anxiety is a characteristic of social society in the era of postmodernism, preceding the need for security; to give a generalized concept of security in the era of postmodernism as a set of attributes; to identify indicators of psychological security as a complex polyfunctional phenomenon in the era of postmodernism. The article indicates that the choice of specific aspects of human security and the perspective of their consideration depend on the system in which man is included, such as the system "man - nature", "man - production", "man - technology", as well as social systems “man - man "," man - society "," man - state ". Three factors that determine human safety are specified: the human factor, the environmental factor and the security factor; and physical and psychological means of protection against dangerous situations.
The article deals with the systemic-synergetic aspects of personal security in the postmodern society. The theoretical concepts of the system genesis of the structural and functional organization of a person's professional safety have been improved according to the parameters of the sphere of professional functioning (the sphere of choosing a profession, the sphere of vocational training, the sphere of professional adaptation and the sphere of professional realization proper), the age range (stages of an optant, adept, adaptant and master) and labor conditions (ordinary and special). The article proves that the performance of professional activities in special conditions is often combined with danger to health and life. Ensuring human life in special conditions requires the use of the specialist's adaptive resources, which ensure the activation of the productive processes of activity and determine the construct of the professional health of the specialist's personality. The active involvement of the individual in the professional sphere is reflected in the manifestation of professional safety as a specific indicator of the safe functioning of the individual in the course of professionalization. Understanding the security of a person at the level of the subject of acquiring professional experience contains the experience of a state of social satisfaction, which ensures the protection of the professional interests of the individual, quantified in the parameters of satisfying the urgent need for professional realization in the complex of subjective and personal qualities.
The article reviews the reference scientific research on the use of the spiritual knowledge and practice in the work of clinical psychologists and psychotherapists, as well as the definition and explication of the axiological and contemporary perspectives of the spiritual component in the model of care in clinical practice. Along with the deep, fundamental understanding of the essence of spirituality and spiritual development of the individual in a psychological paradigm, Ukrainian scholars practically do not find research that examines the applied aspects of the connection of spirituality and the clinical practice of helping people. In the field of scientific and applied clinical research, there is a revival of interest in this issue. Regarding clinical practice, health and human illness are considered within the framework of a biopsychosocial model as a concept of the unity of the soul and body. The spiritual paradigm in the field of mental health has a huge potential for the transformation of personality and society. The author highlights two ways of practical integration of spirituality and psychotherapy: an active inclusion in the therapy of the discussion of spiritual issues and the introduction of spiritual practices (meditation, yoga, prayer, the teaching of holy texts) for healing and transformation; a demonstration of the physician’s willingness to cooperate and discuss spiritual matters with the client, without the active initiation of the therapist and the expectation of this initiative from the client. In this regard, the practical problem is the lack of specially targeted studying and training aimed at acquiring the knowledge, skills and practices of clinical psychologists in the use and implementation of new and traditional methods and practices that would promote the client’s spiritual progress and improve the quality of his mental health.
Recently, the revision of priorities in the interpretation of the security problem and their transformation from the interests of the state to the interests of man himself, have actualized the study of psychological protection. Especially aspects of personal protection are relevant in the professional sphere, which led to the development of the problem of personal protection as a subject of professionalization, taking into account psychological and neuropsychological factors. The purpose of the study is to empirically verify the structurally functional organization of personal protection as a subject of professionalization. The proposed model is based on the methodological principles and conditions of the content of the subject, system and synergetic approaches (the subject principle determines the subjective features expressed in subjective-personal characteristics, the system principle - substantial features expressed in socially personal characteristics; the synergetic principle - quality features that are integrative sign of professional protection of the individual. The sample of the study was: graduating students (n = 180); 4th and 5th year students (n = 230); doctors and medical workers (n = 441). The characteristics of psychodiagnostic tools used in these blocks of the empirical research program are described. The results of the study demonstrated the excellent content of empirical referents of professional protection of the individual in the period of professional optation, professional training and actual professional implementation in ordinary and special conditions of activity. The scientific position of the empirical study of professional safety of the individual is realized in the separation of the experience of social satisfaction, the system-forming factor of which is the urgent need that initiates the manifestation of successful professional realization.
