This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of tourism infrastructure assets on tourist satisfaction on forest tourism in Tasikmalaya Regency including the quality of accommodation, quality of accessibility and quality of amenities. The research population is tourists who have visited the Batu Hanoman Waterfall, Batu Blek Waterfall, Candung Waterfall, and Ciparay Waterfall in Tasikmalaya Regency with a sample size of 336 respondents, applying a purposive sample. The data is processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the quality of accommodation, the quality of accessibility and the quality of amenities have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. This means that tourism infrastructure assets, both quality of accommodation, quality of accessibility and quality of amenities can increase satisfaction for tourists. In total, the quality of amenities has the greatest influence on tourist satisfaction, followed by the quality of accessibility and quality of accommodation. Studies prove that efforts to increase tourist satisfaction can be done by improving the quality of accommodation, quality of accessibility, and quality of amenities.

One of the city parks owned by Bandung City is Taman Abdi Negara. The area of Taman Abdi Negara covers 4.1 ha. The condition of Taman Abdi Negara experienced various damages such as the absence of a parking area, damage to the paving blocks of the road surface for pedestrians, the absence of lighting in the garden area, the children'splay facilities were not maintained and left inoperative, the gazebo and seats were damaged, many acts of vandalism, as well as dirty conditions with scattered garbage and inadequate for visitors. This paper aims to analyze asset quality based on five criteria, i.e. access, recreation facilities, amenities, natural features, and incivilities. This study uses an exploratory method with data collection through observation and interviews with the manager of Taman Abdi Negara. The results obtained show that the asset quality of Taman Abdi Negara is based on the dimensions of adequate/medium quality access, while the dimensions of recreation facilities, amenities, natural features and incivilities are of poor quality. Thus, the overall asset quality of Taman Abdi Negara is included in the category of poor. This is due to the poor quality of assets in the park area, so it is necessary to plan for asset development and then carry out asset maintenance activities in Taman Abdi Negara, Bandung City.

Teknologi informasi memudahkan dalam penanganan pekerjaan termasuk untuk mengelola aset. Sistem informasi manajemen aset (SIMA) terus berkembang seiring dengan pertumbuhan aplikasi dari teknologi informasi terkini. Berbagai perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras sangat berperan dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi aset diberbagaiorganisasi, baik pemerintahan maupun swasta. Namun, untuk tingkat organisasi publik yang lebih rendah, dalam hal ini adalah pemerintahan desa belum menerapkan sistem manajemen aset terkini untuk mencatat, mendata, dan melaporkan hasil inventarisasi aset. Permasalahan yang ada di Kantor Desa di wilayah Kabupaten Bandung Baratadalah belum adanya sistem informasi manajemen aset untuk mendukung proses inventarisasi aset tetap dikantor tersebut sehingga menyebabkan sulitnya mengidentifikasi aset (lokasi, jumlah, kualitas, pengguna, dll). Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pencatatan aset yang dimiliki oleh kantor desa jauh lebih mudah untuk dicatat, direncanakan kebutuhannya dan sekaligus dapat dilaporkan jumlah, kualitas dan kinerja aset yang dimiliki. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat antara pihak kampus Politeknik Negeri Bandung dengan Kantor Desa di Kabupaten Bandung Barat adalah merancang sebuah aplikasi SIMA Aset TetapKantor Desa untuk memudahkan perangkat-perangkat desa dalam melakukan pengelolaan aset berupa identifikasi, pencatatan, dan pelaporan aset. Sistem ini lebih fokus pada kegiatan inventarisasi aset yaitu untuk pendataan, pencatatan, dan pelaporan aset. Selain itu, Tim PKM juga melakukan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi tersebut kepadaperangkat desa. Tahap selanjutnya adalah melakukan follow up ke kantor desa sebagai salah satu upaya monitoring dan evaluasi penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini yaitu berupa database/SIMA aset tetap kantor desa, video tutorial, dan modul pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi SIMA. One of the parks that became a priority in the Cimahi City Park facilities and utilities development program is Kartini Park. Besides an ecological function, Kartini Park has a social function to accommodate the activities of various creative communities in the City of Cimahi. The problem arises that the park does not have a specific theme to support the community, that make Kartini park hasn’t had a special attractiveness for the society or the creative community in the neighborhood.  The purpose of this research is to evaluate the social function of Kartini Park that measured based on the three-dimensional measurement of social integration in public space : structural, interactive and subjective. The study used qualitative and quantitative methods with data collection through field observations, interviews, documentation and distribution of questionnaires to the park user community by using accidental sampling. The results based on structural dimensions in the form of accessibility indicate the location of Kartini park located in a strategic area, the types of activities carried out in the park have adjusted to zoning and have involved community participation in the interactive dimension. The subjective dimension shows the highest level of community satisfaction is the safety indicator and the lowest satisfaction level is the completeness indicator of the facility.Keywords: urban garden, social function, creative communityABSTRAKSalah satu taman yang menjadi prioritas pada program pengembangan fasilitas dan utilitas taman Kota Cimahi adalah taman Kartini. Selain memiliki fungsi ekologis, Taman Kartini memiliki fungsi sosial untuk mewadahi aktivtas dari berbagai komunitaskreatif yang ada di Kota Cimahi. Permasalahan yang timbul menunjukkan bahwa taman tersebut belum memiliki tema yang spesifik untuk mewadahi komunitas, sehingga taman Kartini belum memiliki daya tarik khusus bagi masyarakat maupun komunitas kreatif di lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi fungsi sosial taman Kartini Kota Cimahi yang diukur berdasarkan tiga dimensi pengukuran integrasi sosial dalam kajian ruang publik meliputi: struktural, interaktif dan subjektif. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner pada komunitas pengguna taman dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil evaluasi berdasarkan dimensi struktural berupa aksesibilitas menunjukkan lokasi taman Kartini berada pada kawasan strategis, jenis aktivitas yang dilakukan di taman telah menyesuaikan dengan zonasi dan telah melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat pada dimensi interaktif. Dimensi subjektif menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan komunita syang tertinggi adalah indikator keamanan dan tingkat kepuasan terendah pada indikator kelengkapan fasilitas.Kata Kunci: Taman Kota, Fungsi Sosial, Komunitas Kreatif
